in a situation where i am constantly forced to push myself, how in the world am i supposed to find my limits? /genq
if i sat down anytime i was in pain id never get out of bed, how can i know how much is too much when everything is more than it should be?
when the most i can do to reduce pain and fatigue is to take the slightly better stairs, when standing is painful and the time after standing is painful, when walking hurts and when my muscles can be stressed by the smallest bit of exertion, how do i find my limits?
i hate it when i finally get enough courage to vent to someone who is special to me, but then all i get in response is something along the lines of "oh yeah, i have gone through simmilar stuff two years ago, remember? I have gotten over it now so i am better :)", like, okay?? Could you maybe help me right now? When you were like that i wrote you every day to ask you how you feel, tell you how much i love you and try to get you to feel better. I am really not well, and i am happy that you are better, but please, i need your help. At the very least say "I'm sorry, this is awful!" or fucking tell me how YOU got over your problems.
hehe its getting worse lol :)) (<- rolled the same ankle for the third time in the last few months)
we wanna look at people but we feel like we arent allowed to. it always makes them nervous but we dont know how to do it any other way
