I just read this post about how we don’t really live our lifes. About how we try to be someone we’re not. Like those tanned-skinny-girl-photo’s with the capsion “goals”. But lets be real, you won’t look exactly like that. Our bodies are so different and all beautiful. I want you guys to live an amazing, adventurous life, but take good care of your body. Because our bodies are there to protect that what’s inside. Like your beautiful brain who signals an amazing book and creats the feeling of exitement. So do some sports one hour a day, try not to eat packed fabric food, but food that hasn’t been or almost hasn’t been in the fabric. Eat yummy fruits and greens. Don’t eat stuff you don’t like, enjoy your food. Drink some tea and lots of water. If you want a muffin, eat it or three if that is what you want. And If you have this feeling like I usually have “meeh, I don’t really enjoy the muffin anymore” stop eating and save it maybe for the next time. Eat when you’re hungry, really. I know lots of people say this, but its true. That’s your brain giving you a signal that you need fuel. You don’t see a car driving without any gasoline, do you? If you want someting, fight for it. If you need it, take a break and fight again when you feel better. Just enjoy it. After I read this post, the one I told you about in the beginning, I finally knew why it was so hard for me to be happy and be fit. The media guys, seeing someone having something you haven’t and being so jealous about it. But in reality their lives are not perfect. We all have our demons we have to fight. I will start today by unfollowing some people who post stuff like models and I’ll start following people who give tips and tricks and people who have come so far to get were they are. At the end of the year I will post names of fitblrs who helped me see the world at an other perspective. And I’ll post my progress ofcourse. For now at the bottom of this post the link of the post I was talking about in the beginning. Really worth reading.
