#negative splits

I don’t know what type of insects they are. But they swarm, buzz and sting/bite. And get caught in my hair 🙄. They are particularly bad on a certain half mile stretch of road. I probably looked like a crazy person waving my arms trying to keep them off me. So instead of an out and back, I ran an extra mile to avoid them! So annoying. I guess I’ll be avoiding that stretch of road for the rest of the summer 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was a great run though. I appreciate the cooler temps in the morning. Even with humidity, it isn’t too bad.

I’m digging the muscles today so you get a flex pic. 😉 With this weather (and the heavy breakfast I had), I HAD to get out and run today. I got a friendly honk and a wave from a elderly gentlemen in a truck. No idea who he was, but apparently he knew me! Things are blooming, people are out working on their yards and farms, skies are so blue. It’s just all the YASS. 🤗❤️

Went out for a nice quick run after work today! Felt really good! Once I saw my second mile split, I knew I had to get negative splits! Pushed it a little for the final mile, but felt really good. Very happy with where my running has been lately. Maybe all this extra biking is helping 😊 And now my Monday is over and it's time for bed! Hope you all had good Mondays! 💕

Great run after work today!! I felt awesome and strong and had all negative splits! Pushed it a bit in the last mile to make sure I would. But it felt great! It's nice feeling in shape again :) It's been getting dark so early (515!) lately and I've had to move out of the way of some cars lately who I wasn't totally sure saw me, so I made sure to wear my super bright super reflective glow in the dark jacket! I got this for Christmas in 2013, and it still glows!! Such a great jacket and makes me very visible to cars :) Hope you all had great Tuesdays!
