Curse Breaking/Negativity Cleansing for the Broke Closet Witch
I'm currently in a situation where I CAN'T get caught practicing my magic, or else I'm kicked out. I have no where else to go. I also recently lost my job and don't have the money to pick up any new supplies. Sooo....here we go, Imma make me a low supply, low cost curse breaking/negativity cleansing spell, using things I already have!! Because I've got TOO MUCH negativity swamping my ENTIRE LIFE, and it ends now.
For the record, I did not first assume I was under a curse. I figured sometimes people have more bad luck than good, and if I handled it with grace and positivity, then my good karma would eventually kick my bad luck out and we'd all be free from the negativity to move on to a happily ever after.... Or at least, a normal healthy life.
After 25 years of more negativity than I can count, and practically no positivity, I have accepted that this is something more. My mother made a lot of people very angry, and did a lot of things that may have attracted a curse onto her, and possibly hit me. Maybe because she was pregnant with me, maybe because she was the youngest and so was I...i don't know, I don't care. I'm getting rid of it. So whether this is just her bad karma hiring me, if this is a curse, whatever it is, I'm hoping this will get rid of it.
I have not done this yet, I intend to do it tomorrow night, on the waning moon. I'll update you with how it goes.
Things you'll need:
5 white tea lights, each in a circle of thread to represent their element. (I did this instead of my colored element candles for two reasons: 1i don't have them with me. 2: I want, in their core, everything to be as pure and cleansed as I can make it.)
Tea tree oil to cleanse the negative energy in the atmosphere
Selenite, cleansed in moon energy, to clear the unwanted energy
Lavender essential oil to provide peace to myself and to put the negative energy to rest.
A small bit of dirt and a positive feeling rock from outside, to ground the negative energy into the earth and not me.
Salt to cleanse me and my space
Amethyst for clarity (also because I've ALWAYS been drawn to amethyst, even since before I was a witch.
A small jar.
A spay bottle of rubbing alcohol to sterilize everything, also cleansed with moon energy.
A bit of paper and a pen/pencil.
Spend some time cleaning your space, if you have the energy/can.
Put the tea tree oil and lavender oil in my diffuser and just let them go. Add in whatever else you want.
Set up a circle, I tend to do small ones with my amethyst and selenite directly in front of me, and all my other supplies within reach.
Call a circle with the candles, in their individual circles of thread.
Cast a circle with the salt around yourself and the candles.
Add some salt, the dirt, and the stone together in the small jar.
Write the intention on the piece of paper. (For example: any negative intentions or curses towards me will find themselves grounded into this stone, cleansed by this salt, and released by this earth back to the earth.)
Dip each corner from the paper into the candle wax, and drop a bit into the center, asking the elements all the elements except spirit to seal your intention and to help it manifest as you do so. (CAREFULLY, REMEMBER, PAPER BURNS, CANDLES ARE FIRE) (If you do wax seals or sigils, go ahead and add any you want to.)
Lightly spritz the paper with the rubbing alcohol to cleanse it. (AWAY FROM THE CANDLES. RUBBING ALCOHOL IS FLAMMABLE)
Fold the paper, and add a few drops of wax, and ask spirit to seal your intention and to help it manifest.
Drop the paper into the jar as well.
Thank the elements, and close your circle.
Feel free to seal the jar with wax from the candles, maybe adding the thread you used for the circle to the sealing wax.
Take a shower. Cleanse your own energy and physical body. Consider doing a cleansing bath.
