i dont bother going to bed early bc i wont be sleepy ill just stay on my phone. Instead i try to wake up at normal waking hours even if thats means few hours of sleep. Through the day, no energy drinks or coffee, then be exhausted by normal bed time, sleep
yeahhh i can never sleep when i go to bed early ;-; thanks bruh, i’ve been relying on caffeine which doesn’t help much LOL
