“ kuro.. ” they were about to question his odd demeanor, but cut themself short once they noticed the small gift box he held out towards them. ah, right… it was their birthday. kenma never really bothered to keep up with their own birthday. to them, it never really held any significant meaning. still– they couldn’t help the tiny smile that crept up on their lips. “ you didn’t have to get me anything, ya’know. ”
kenma’s brow arched, confused momentarily by the necklace kuroo wore. however, as soon as they reached out for the gift and opened it, the matching necklace inside made sense. kenma gave an amused huff at the gift. it was definitely cheesy, but they wouldn’t expect anything less from kuroo. “ thank you, kuro. ” // @nekoblock
