Just as the lady was going to call the cops, something was launched at her, a fast-coming teddy bear fired by Numbuh Three. "Back away from that girl!" Numbuh One spoke. "KIDS NEXT DOOR... BATTLE STATIONS!!" Shouted Nigel Uno aka Numbuh One, the leader of the Kids Next Door Sector V as his squad took the lady, driving her away.

"That showed her." Numbuh Two aka Hoagie Gilligan said as Numbuh Three puts away her KND THUMPER (Teddy Hurling Ultra Microwave Powered Ejection Rifle) and they take a look at Hikari.

"Hey, you all right?" Numbuh Five aka Cree Lincoln asked. "That lady won't bother ya anymore, mate." Numbuh Four spoke as Numbuh Three took a look at Hikari. "Wow... She's so cute!" Numbuh Three smiled. "Never seen a kid like you before. Who are you?" Numbuh One asked.

Hikari smiled and ran up to Alastor. “Awasta! Wet’s pway!” She then tripped and fell, scraping her knee. She whimpered and started crying

“Oh, dear... Be a bit more careful in the future, hm?” He kneels next to her, producing a handkerchief to wipe at any blood there may be. “You’re alright.” He promises, patting at her head.

“Mommy? Can you wead Hikari a stowy?” Hikari was holding her blankie and a storybook. She was having a hard time falling asleep

“Sure sweetie, do you have a story in mind?” She asks as she settles onto the bed, seeing the storybook in her hands she smiles. “oh what have we there?” She asks.

Hikari, the little kitten child, went up to Leon shyly. She thought he and his Charizard looked really cool. She tugged on his cape to get his attention. “K-konnichinya. H-hikari name hikari, nya.”

*Feeling a tug on his cape Leon would look around to see who it was and upon seeing it was a small child he smiled and said hello to her.*

“It’s nice to meet you Hikari.”

While Angelica didn’t act like it, making friends didn’t come that easy to her.  Therefore, the fact that someone wanted to be her friend without her forcing them was a good feeling, but she wouldn’t show that too much.  After all, that didn’t mean that this girl would stick around after getting to know her. “Sure~”  She eyed the girl’s bunny and kept her grip on her Cynthia doll.  “What’d ya have in mind?”

“Xabiew-san? Can you teach Hikari how to tie shoes?” She had difficulty tying her sneakers.

“Oh, honey, of course I can!” He knealt down to her tying one of her shoes, explaining each step. “First you make a knot. Then you'll make two loops like bunny ears. Now wrap one of the laces around the other, like this. Pull the shoelace through the hole to form another loop. And for the last step you have to hold both loops and pull them tight. Now try that with the other shoe.”

“Nagito! Nagito!” Hikari smiled and ran to Komaeda, but tripped and fell.

Nagito’s first reaction was to pick up Hikari. “Are you shoes untied again? You’re not supposed to run with them untied.”
