Always share a bit of your meal when a friend keeps eyeing it

Try a darker shade of makeup

Check your privilege - you have more than you think (and in areas that probably didn’t cross your mind)

Tip as much as you can 

Stand up for what you believe in

Smile at the person everyone else ignores

 Stay aware of the news - both the good and the bad

Stop allowing bad things to enter your life because you feel you “deserve it”

Listen to music that makes you feel brave and confident

Donate to charities that help abuse victims

Be proud of your accomplishments, but stay humble

Pick your battles, and when you do, kick some ass

Adopt an “unwanted” animal

Practice your ‘don’t mess with me’ look and use it

Share your opinion more

Delete contacts that are negative, block them on social media, remove them from your life

Check your biases and change them when necessary 

Support small artists and businesses

Help the homeless in whatever form you can

Take days for yourself, everyone deserves goodness in their lives

Go to a charity walk/event

Take a spontaneous trip

Leave coins in random places

DON’T BACK DOWN

Leave positive post-it notes around when times are hard (finals week at school for example)

Wear more black

Treat your friends - buy them the thing they’ve been talking about, take them to dinner, surprise them at work 

Eat an apple

Make sure the reason you respect and trust people is because they’ve earned it, not because you were told to

Work on kicking that bad habit

Be the person you wish there were more of in that space
