Sketch commission of my Lightforged draenei, Nenai, just got finished. Love it! <3 The horns look magnificent, and that pretty headband. Now if Blizzard would just give the hairstyle that I want for her, lol.  Thanks to @destinyapostasy for the lovely artwork! :)

12. What is their worst memory?

Tuuli: “My worst memory..” Tuuli turned her head aside, recalling so many memories over the long years of her life. “There are so many, it is.. hard to say. I have seen so many horrors and.. Erm.. What is that word.. Forgive me..” She took a moment to consider before piping up, her accent thick as ever, “Atrocities.. Yes, that is the one. Unspeakable acts, done by this Legion.” With a heavy sigh, she lowered her face, reaching up to pinch the bridge of her nose.

“There is just so much sadness I have seen. I am lucky that I have not lost my family to demons or the Legion’s hordes..” She paused, seeming very uncomfortable given how she shifted in her chair. “But, I have seen whole families murdered. Children that lay dead, tortured..” Tuuli cleared her throat quietly before continuing, though she spoke a little more slowly now, slightly disturbed by what she was saying.

“The Legion is.. fond of breaking their victims. The bodies first, then the minds.. And when all that is through? The souls. As I said, unspeakable acts of evil..” Awkwardly, she grew quieter again, “I.. cannot say more than that.”

Nenai:  She knew at once the answer the question. Nenai stood up, a tall draenei of pale blue flesh seared in golden streaks, a patterned tattoo covering her arms and neck that had been gifted to her by the Naaru. She clutched tightly against a small wooden table, gripping it hard enough that her nails dug in.

“My family,” she spoke softly, in a strong Draenic accent, “Murdered. By demons. I cannot forget. Never..” Anger wanted to well up inside the draenei at once, biting back her frustrations with a hateful squint. “It is reason I fight. Will always fight darkness. Legion or other.. Does not matter. If there is evil, then I fight against it.” She spoke the words slowly but clearly in the Common tongue, given she had not yet mastered the language, sighing softly at the finish.

“No more talk of this. Is grim words. But not forget. Ever.”(( Many thanks for the question, Lumina! I hope it wasn’t too long-winded. x.x Wanted to give an answer for both of my draenei gals! I know you don’t play WoW, so just poke me if you’re unsure what the Legion is (or want an explanation of anything else!) ))@lumina-star-okochi
