Neo managed to capture Ruby and was going to interrogate her. However, thing get extremely personal and hot quickly, as Neo realizes Ruby is looking at her with desire, and Neo gets a bizarre tho not unwelcome glee in having this power over her nemesis.
Neo grinned as she walked over to Ruby, letting her semblance change herself to look like Penny. Capturing her hadnt been the initial plan, after all, killing Ruby would make things easier. The huntress had been more than just a thorn in her side, causing problems for both Roman and Cinder. But seeing as she was a huntress, it was easier to keep her alive to get the information that Cinder desired.
She spoke quietly, feeling the way her semblance vibrated in her throat to mimic the voice of the girl that Ruby seemed to care about. “Why do you keep insisting to fight?”
Ruby slowly looked up, still dazed. “P-Penny?”
“Its no fun when you’re not lucid enough to know who I really am.” Neo let her semblance drop and she lifted Ruby’s chin with her fingers to check her eyes. It was clear the drug she gave her was still in her system, slowly wearing off. But that didnt mean she couldnt have any fun. She smiled once more as she used her semblance again, creating a copy of Weiss behind Ruby.
“You let us die,” the copy of Weiss said as she leaned in to whisper to Ruby, a soft hand going to her shoulder. “And now the maiden is all alone. Do you know where she is?”
“You’re… you’re not Weiss,” Ruby answered back.
The Weiss copy smiled and gently ran a finger down Ruby’s back. “I can be her, or I can be anyone you want me to be.”
Ruby looked away from Neo and rubbed her thighs together. “N-no, this isnt… just… just let me go.”
Neo stood up and snapped her fingers to let the copy disappear. She grinned as she put a hand on Ruby’s cheek and gently moved her to look at her again. Her fingers slowly signed out a few words. "Tell me what I want, and I’ll let you go.”
“I-I dont know where she is.” A blush crossed Ruby’s cheeks as she moved to hide it. “I just… please… let me go. I’ll do anything.”
“Anything?” Neo signed slowly as she looked over Ruby. Now that she really looked over Ruby, the way she was tied up was… enticing. And it was clear the way Ruby looked at her now was less out of fear and more out of… desire. Or maybe that was just for the situation. Either way, it was enjoyable.
“Anything,” Ruby confirmed as she rubbed her knees together. “I cant tell you where the maiden is, I dont know myself. But anything else I can do.”
“How do I know you wont try anything?” Neo signed as she walked around Ruby. Her hands found their way to the ropes that bound Ruby and traced them for a moment before she started to spell out a few more words with her fingers. “Letting you go is an accident waiting to happen.”
“I-I… I’ll let you… use me.”
“Use you?”
Ruby gave a nod, her blush deepened along her cheeks. “I know we’re supposed to be enemies, but I… cant say I havent imagined what you can… do.”
Neo cocked a brow out of curiosity. As far as she could tell, Ruby hadnt been lying. There was a desire here somewhere, which meant it wouldnt be hard to wrap Ruby around her finger. To finally make her hers.
She gave a nod and smiled as she walked back in front of Ruby, slowly signing for her. “Then you’ll show me, but you’ll stayed tied up until you can prove yourself.”
“Prove myself?” Ruby asked.
Neo nodded and looked outside the window of the abandoned hut to make sure they were truly alone. Her smile grew once she saw a snow storm starting, which meant no one from Atlas would be here soon. Including Ruby’s friends.
She pulled away from the window and looked back at Ruby, her heart raced when she realized just how Ruby was looking at her. It wasnt with disdain, it was with desire. With lust. Not that she could blame her. She had spent just as long fighting Ruby as Cinder had, and having someone in your life for that long changes things. Feelings develop, a longing grows when you dont see them. Even now, as annoyed as she was that Ruby had stopped her repeatedly, there was still a familiarity about it.
But having Ruby tied up and at her mercy… It was finally time to see how far those feelings went.
Neo slowly started to remove her clothes, giving Ruby a show of it. Each article of clothing that hit the floor shattered in the same way her semblance did, leaving no trace that she had worn anything to begin with beyond the lines her underwear had left. She slowly walked over to Ruby and grinned. She didnt need to use any words, it was clear what she wanted.
And Ruby obeyed, wordlessly leaning in as she used her tongue to please Neo. Silent moans left Neo’s lips as she held Ruby close; her fingers ran through the huntress’s hair. She gasped as she felt the tongue go deeper into her, her thighs squeezing against Ruby to keep her still. As she felt herself starting to get close, she finally pulled away from Ruby and walked behind her to undo her binds.
As the ropes hit the ground, she traced a single word with her finger. “Strip.”
Ruby gave a soft nod and started to strip down, giving as much of a show as Neo had given her. She slowly removed the corset she wore, dropping it to the ground before she started to unbutton her top. She then removed her skirt, leaving herself in just her underwear on display for her captor.
Neo dragged a fingernail across Ruby’s skin, circling around until she stopped at Ruby’s modest chest. She gently put her hands on Ruby’s cheeks and pulled her down into a kiss, grinding up against her crotch. A grin crossed her lips when she realized what the huntress had been hiding, ready to use this to her advantage.
After all, there was no going back to being just enemies after this. They were rivals, lovers… it was clear that Ruby’s desire had a hold on her that she didnt want to give up. And Neo had no intent to let that leash go.
Neo grits her teeth as the exhaustion in her well-trained arm begins to flower through to the surface.
She had taken this simple assassination job because it seemed like easy money. The Belladonna’s were an affluent enough family that everyone who is anyone in the small town of Menagerie would be in attendance, including Neo’s target. What she hadn't accounted for, however, was the lack of god-damn space.
Lil Miss had been extremely clear on her instructions which included only one bullet was to be used, and that Neo could not move from her perch until the event was complete and everyone in attendance had gone.
Craning her neck, she once again looks through the small scope to see if she spies her target. She’s never seen Ruby Rose in person, although she’s met her mother, and from the teenage images of Ruby that Neo had been shown, she’d stick out. Since the death of her mother, both Ruby and her sister Yang had been seen very little in the public eye, thus current pictures of the girl were scarce.
A pop of firecrackers shakes Neo back into the current, and she rolls her shoulders before returning her eye to the scope. She slides her gaze over a few familiar faces that she wouldn't mind taking out, but refrains as her instructions stated. With her tight pony tail and even tighter ass, Weiss Schnee looks just as much a politician as her father. Beside her, her ever loyal assistant Penny who was always photographed a few feet behind any of the Schnee’s, watches with wide eyes as Weiss converses with a laid back Jaune Arc. Neo isn’t overly versed in the blonde’s business but she does know he creates the most passive weapons, which given his low business rates, wasn't doing Arc Angels Incorporated any favors.
Seated at the head of one of the long-decorated tables, Blake looks internally unamused with her guests but to her credit, she seems to make an attempt at conversation. With a tucked shirt and loose golden hair, Yang smiles at the girl with loving enthusiasm, and Neo rolls her eyes. She moves the site around the room a bit more, sliding over faces that do not belong to the target. Neo lets out an annoyed sigh before she sees a dash of red, and yanks back the scope.
Neo scowls as she realizes the red belongs to a male with his back to her, red trim on his green coat. His short cropped hair shifts over the fabric of his collar and he holds out an orange-clad hand. Neo watches as pale fingers tentically grip his hand, and she follows up the arm to shoulders and an exposed back. The dark red dress leaves the expanse of the girl's back exposed, her spiked short hair swaying as she walks and Neo notes the red rose tattooed on the girl's inner forearm.
Realization dawns on her, and Neo lines up the shot, one eye closed as she sets her sight, finger feather light on the trigger before she-
Ruby Rose turns around and all thought in Neo’s head is lost.
The girl is quite literally breathtaking. Her skin is pale aside from the rose-colored blush on her cheeks, brow bones arched like marble. A golden necklace adorns her delicate collarbones, and it wraps around her neck and down her back, a red gem dangling against her spine.
Ruby Rose is magnificent and Neo must kill her before she loses her nerve.

@lesbianneopolitan gave me a fun idea for angst, so.... here's something based off her Neo designs.
Neo recoiled as she heard the voice of the Curious Cat run through her mind. Her muscles tensed up, ready to try to fight for control of her body as she swore she was back at the Ever After. Her heart raced when she heard a footstep behind her in the empty mansion, her own body turning to try to see who or what was behind her. She felt someone grab her arm and on instinct, all she could do was use her claws to swipe at them, only to freeze when she heard Ruby’s familiar scream.
It was the sound of blood hitting tile that finally grounded her, pulling her back to the kitchen she stood in. Then, the smell of blood finally hit her, almost making her stomach churn. And yet, all she could do was stare at the deep cuts on Ruby’s arm as she tried to stop the bleeding.
“Its okay, I know you didnt mean it this time,” Ruby said quietly as she ran water over her arm to clean it before bandaging it up. “It uh… it must have been bad this time.”
Neo nodded quietly and slowly, looking at the blood on her nails. These episodes, as Ruby had put it, were starting to become more frequent and it felt like she was losing herself once more. But this time, she couldnt tell if it was to herself, or to whatever the Cat had made her.
Her ears twitched as she heard Ruby cut some gauze to wrap around her arm. She couldnt seem to find it in herself to look at her, not wanting to see the disappointment or anger she must have felt. All she could manage to do was use her semblance to hide the cat features she had… to appear as normal as she could instead of the monster she’d become.
Ruby gave a quiet grunt as she finished tying up her wound. “There, that should stop it until it can heal.” She then gave a quick look at Neo. “You know you can talk to me about it.”
“You should hate me," Neo signed slowly as she caught a glance of her reflection on a spoon. She used her semblance to hide the cat features and relaxed a bit when she saw herself as normal again. “I hurt you again-”
“And I’ve accepted that having you in my life again is going to hurt,” Ruby interrupted her, her voice almost seeming to hesitate as she spoke. “What you’re going through… what the Curious Cat did to you… you shouldnt have to go through that alone. I want to be here for you.”
Neo flinched as she felt Ruby’s hand on her shoulder. She didnt… couldnt… understand why Ruby was being so nice to her after everything she put her through. And yet, as Ruby’s hand pulled away, she did feel like she had someone she could trust again. Someone that would be by her side.
And then she grabbed Ruby’s wrist.
She didnt want to be alone anymore. She had wanted Ruby to stay but she didnt have the words for it. Her whole body still felt tense, her fingers shook too much to sign accurately, and as she tried to grab her scroll, she couldnt seem to get her fingers to grip it like she was supposed to. All she could manage to do was hold Ruby’s wrist as her body started to shake.
“I’m not planning on leaving,” Ruby said quietly as she freed her wrist. “I’m just going to sit down. You can join me if you’d like.”
Neo shook her head at first, not wanting to hurt Ruby anymore, but then paused and slowly nodded as she followed Ruby to the couch. Even as she sat down, she kept her distance from Ruby and took a few deep breaths to calm her heart. The Curious Cat was gone, she was home in a rebuilt Vale…
She was safe.
Her ears twitched once more as she heard Ruby start to move closer, but this time, she didnt try to move away. Even as she flinched again when she felt Ruby’s arm around her, she leaned into the touch and let her semblance drop. She felt Ruby’s fingers run across her back and she couldnt help but relax into the touch.
Ruby gave her a soft smile. “I dont understand everything you went through with the curious cat, but I do want to be here for you. And when you’re ready, you can talk to me.”
Neo felt her heart start to race as Ruby spoke, her body tensing up once more. On instinct, she pulled away and rushed to the room she was staying in, slamming the door shut as she tried to take a few deep breaths. This feeling was different from before. No panic, no pain, just her heart racing uncontrollably.
“Neo?” Ruby asked through the door. “Are you okay?”
Neo didnt answer, sliding down the door until she held her knees to her chest. Her nails dug into her skin as her mind raced. She wasnt ready for this. Pain and loneliness she could handle, the panic attacks were rough, but she could survive them. But this?
I'm very scared but very curious... Can we have more of that AU where neo and Ruby were childhood friends?
(Look, I already had a slight plan for this, so I'm not going to deviate far)
“This is a terrible idea,” Yang said as she followed Ruby. “How sure are you that she’s still the Trivia that you… that we knew? She’s been working with Cinder, she’s tried to kill you, she’s stabbed you… you need to let her go.”
“I cant let her go!” Ruby paused in her step and looked around to see if Neo was still nearby. Her heart pounded in her chest with each breath as she tried to keep herself calm, the sounds from the forest keeping her on edge. “I… I cant let her go again. She really is… was Trivia and I have to know what changed. What led Neo to be like this, why she’s working for Salem and Cinder and not a huntress like she wanted to be.”
“And what if there isnt?”
“Of course there’s-”
“But what if there isnt, Ruby?” Yang sighed and sat down on a log. “What if the Trivia you knew is gone? I know you’ve been looking into finding answers about her, but we both know the truth: Trivia died when her home was burned down. And… I know that those were the answers you found when you started looking into it.”
“But Neo is Trivia! She’s right there in front of us-”
“And clearly she’s not the same person that we knew. For your own safety you need to give her up.”
“I’m not giving up on another person I loved!” A tear started to run down Ruby’s cheek as her hand shook at her side. “I know she’s still in there and I’ll prove it!”
“Wait Ruby-”
Ruby didnt wait for Yang to finish talking, rushing off with her semblance in a flurry of petals as she went deeper and deeper into the forest. Sure, she didnt quite know where Neo was, but that didnt matter. She wasnt leaving this place without her or the rest of her friends and she still had to find Blake. But she had to find Neo first. She had to make sure that Neo was who she thought she was..
Ruby dropped her semblance and caught herself as she came to a stop, looking around the forest for any sign of Neo. Her eyes caught the large tree looming in the distance, slightly disappointed that she still wasnt any closer to it, and with no sign of Neo around, she was afraid she might have ended up getting lost while leaving Yang behind. She sat down and checked over the wound she bandaged up, wincing as she pulled the bandage away. The stab wound had started to heal slowly, but pain still radiated from it. She leaned back and sighed, looking up at the sky as the clouds started to darken.
The bushes started to rustle as a strange creature made its way out, sniffing the air and muttering to itself. “Find. Eat. Fix. Take.”
Ruby slowly started to get up and take a few steps back away, hoping she hadnt been seen yet. Her body tensed as she stepped on a twig, freezing as she watched the creature turn to face her.
“Snap. Danger. Fight. Trouble.” the creature muttered to itself as it charged at Ruby.
Ruby started to run and use her semblance to escape, coming in and out of her petals as her mind raced, no longer sure what she really wanted anymore. She was tired, but had to find Neo. She wanted to run, but she couldnt force herself to run with her semblance like she had before, her body feeling heavier and heavier as she continued moving. Her leg gave out as she tripped over the roots of the nearby trees, dropping to the ground.
The creature pinned her to the ground and lowered itself, mouth starting to with a *crack*. “Caught. Hungry. Feed. Eat.”
Ruby closed her eyes and tensed her body, waiting for the bite that she was sure was coming. Her eyes snapped open as she heard a blood curdling scream from the creature as it let go and pulled back. Without another thought, she picked herself up and took a few steps back. A smile crossed her lips as she saw Neo behind the creature, pulling her blade away from it. “Neo!”
Neo looked over at Ruby and glared, stabbing at the creature a few more times until it ran off. Finally, she took a few steps towards her, blade of her parasol pointed to Ruby.
Ruby took a small step back, then started to walk forward. “Neo, I’ve been looking for you. We… we need to talk.”
Neo frowned and kept her blade trained on Ruby.
“Please, I… I want to know what happened to you.”
Neo let out a silent sigh and lowered her weapon. She turned away and tilted her head to motion for Ruby to follow her.
Ruby smiled and kept behind Neo as she tried to catch up to her. “Thank you for trusting me.”
Neo rolled her eyes and signed. “I dont. But I’m wont let this place kill you before I do.”
Ruby's and Neo's dates consist of videogame nights, shopping (though Neo does like to user her five finger discount more often than Ruby prefers), and café dates. Neo does find it amusing to watch Ruby attempt to be fancy at the higher end cafes but does prefer helping Ruby out to be more comfortable.
