If we compare the former God Hand to the current God Hand you can clearly see the parallels.
If we go from right to left:
# The female is clearly an ancestor of Slan. Both are female entities with an accentuation on their physical feminity. While Slan rather represents a creature of lust, succubus-like, this one was based on an idol of fertility and fecundity, but both are centered around sexuality.
# The mouth-one seems to be a reflection of Ubik. They are completel opposite - where Ubik is short and round, without legs, this one is tall and thin, withouth arms. I compare the two because of the mouth - Ubik is the speaker of the God Hand, manipulating people with his words (and wearing glasses of the blind). Here, the entity also has a mouth, hinting at its role as a “speaker” of some sort.
# The small entity seems to be an older version of Conrad. Both it and Conrad are small, sloushed being with deformed faces. This face however seems to be the opposite of Conrad’s - with big eyes and mouth where Conrad’s are small or shut down. I also compare the two because Conrad is the embodiment of plagues and disasters, and this entity’s head seems based on a tragedy mask from Ancient Greek culture - tragedy, plague, disaster, it’s all closely linked.
# The last one. I’m going to be bold here and assume it is an old Femto. I am basing myself here a bit more on Neo-Grifftih, but the whole idea behind Femto and Neo-Griffith has this thematic of prince and leader, an angelic being, a character that acts as a false prophet and Anti-Christ of some sort, with strong Christian ideas. Well, this entity’s appearance reminds one of the appearance of a king or emperor figure, as well as a fatherly figure - in fact, the idea of a strong bearded man evokes the figure of how major god of pantheons (like Zeus in the Greek pantheon) were represented, as well as how God in the monotheistic religion is often depicted (the bearded man in the sky). The stylization of the hair and beard can remind one of how sunrays used to be represented (the sun being also associatied with fatherly, kingly figures), and finally his kingly-warrior outfit (what looks like an armor with a cape) strengthen the comparison with a Neo-Griffith that is both a warrior and a king.
