feel really strange and tired lately. very “horror movie” where i keep having nightmares although they’ve waned a little (very slightly) in their frequency. a lot of scary images that i am usually good at ignoring or forming into something else that just stick around too

scary but reached out to a therapist ummm i don’t even know why because i don’t know what id even talk about (besides saying what, im ? and scared and tired ok join the club) like it does feel like im wasting both of our times a little bit
