Fifth Sun!

I ordered Billy a hooded sweatshirt from Fifth Sun for his birthday. I’d never dealt with the company before, but they had a great selection of Star Wars apparel.

The hoodie was high quality, comfortable, and looked great, but it turned out to be just a touch too small. I emailed Fifth Sun for a return request, and right away got a auto message confirming that they had received the email. It was the weekend, so it took a couple days for a response.

Monday morning, I received a response asking for a confirmation that I wanted to exchange for a larger size. I sent back the confirmation. This morning, they sent a response saying that they are printing and sending us a replacement for free and we don’t even have to return the original shirt!

All around Fifth Sun had provided excellent product and customer service. Their responses have been respectful, cordial, and timely. If you need some nerd apparel, I highly recommend them.
