hello friend!! it is i, your long time acquaintance on tumblr, i wanted to ask you about your blog name + pfp!! where did you get them? how do you feel about them? is your favorite color light blue or fairyblue??! or maybe another color!

hello long time acquaintance!!! we have been long enough acquaintances that i don't actually know how long we've been mutuals! a couple of years at least. my profile picture was a commission from a friend who...... hm.... i haven't heard from in a very long time..... the blog whose name i credited might not even be accurate anymore......... and it's of roy fire emblem! my son boy. specifically his design from fire emblem awakening, but if you don't know anything about the fire emblem series then you don't have to look too deep into the specifics. but i still enjoy my pfp after all these years, and it's permanently cemented onto the 'one man's hyperfixation is another man's blocked tag' post so it's just the face of this blog now.

anyway *cracks knuckles* i've had this username since i started this blog at age 15 and it is a tremendously weeb name. so the 'alchemist' part comes from fullmetal alchemist and the titles that state alchemists are given (where the format is 'the [title] alchemist', where the title is unique to the person's capabilities or alchemy style) and fairyblue is a SUPER obscure reference to the lyrics of second opening of soul eater, paper moon. i DO quite like this url despite having it since i started on this hellsite, but if someone wants to give me the url for azuremoons..... let me know...............

also i love just about every shade of blue except for very saturated or bright ones because i have photo-sensitivity and all colors that are very bright or saturated make my eyes hurt to look at them. fun fact the actual hexcode for azure blue (#007fff) is just a touch too saturated for me to look at comfortably, which is one of the bigger betrayals my body has done to me, but i'm committed
