For my diet I'm trying to eat a little less meat (I used to eat a looooot of meat and I was generally just feeling bad for w/e reason) and more veggies and fruits! And eggs so I have more energy when I exercise. For the actual exercising I usually walk the dog a few miles or do half an hour on the elliptical if it's too hot. Then sit ups and crunches and/or leg exercises at the end of the day (since I can do those while I watch shows or movies haha)

95% of the time it is, but once in a while you find a little gem. And I like the ones in second person (I think that’s it? When it says ‘you’) and leaves stuff ambiguous. It’s like a daydream but you can read it lol
