tell me about a funny story or something?

Why is it that whenever someone asks me to say something funny it’s like my brain suddenly becomes empty?? 😩 First thing that comes to mind was when we were on tour with my former band and we stopped at this gas station to use the bathroom, me being the last one to leave. I think I must have had some hair extensions in because my hair was up in a bun and while I was washing my hands this dude walked in, looked at me and immediately began apologizing and walked out but I could see him check the signs on the bathroom door. Poor guy just looked even more confused when he realised he actually walked in the correct bathroom. I’m not entirely sure why he mistook me for a woman because I did not look particularly girly that day, but seeing his reaction was nonetheless funny.

Zeus: three places you want to travel to -  I’m not sure if it counts, but I just saw today those stunning pictures of  the Inokashira Park so that was the first thing that came to mind. But other than that, I honestly don’t know how to answer the question. I have only been outside of Japan twice so there’s a lot of places I would like to visit.

1. Do you have a good relationship with your parents?

our parents divorced when we were real young and my mom moved back to hokkaido with us, so that was hard. i'm real close with my mom and i used to be close with my dad but he stayed back in germany. as i've gotten older, i've learned to appreciate how difficult it must've all been and try not to hold the past against him. learning german over the years has definitely helped us get along better.

2. Who did you last say 'I love you' to?

if not haku, agasi and bomi on face time.

3. Do you regret anything?

anything would be putting it pretty fucking lightly ww

4. Are you insecure?

generally speaking, no, but i've obviously got my weaknesses.

5. What is your relationship status?

single.

6. How do you want to die?

if not old and painlessly, mid-belly laugh and tears would work just as well.

7. What did you last eat?

salmon poke bowl and lotte sweet and spicy corn chips.

8. Played any sports?

baseball and hockey during those sapporo winters.

9. Do you bite your nails?

usually when they get too long or i break one.

10. When was your last physical fight?

at least two years ago. i wasn't sober. and i'm pretty sure it had to do with the odd couple movies.

11. Do you like someone?

like? no, but i'm totally interested in getting to know them better. that itch to know what's under their skin is my favorite.

12. Have you ever stayed up 48 hours?

absolutely! 48 hours used to be for amateurs. i know i'm getting older though since even 24 hours these days knocks me out early.

13. Do you hate anyone at the moment?

some nights i think i do, but at the moment, no. i know i can't confuse it with hurt.

14. Do you miss someone?

always.

15. Have any pets?

yep, haku. he's a persian cat and the love of my life.

16. How exactly are you feeling at the moment?

honestly? pretty good. i've had a productive day and face timing with some friends was just the thing i needed.

more times than i can count. if runway bathroom walls could talk ww

18. Are you scared of spiders?

nah, they're cool. i've always wanted a tarantula but i get the feeling haku wouldn't be pleased aha

19. Would you go back in time if you were given the chance?

i'd love to go back to 69 for woodstock alone.

20. Where was the last place you snogged someone?

hmm, my car i think.

21. What are your plans for this weekend?

don't know yet, but there will be at least 1 horror movie and animal crossing (which i haven't touched in months but that mario update-) at some point. hopefully i'll socialize with other life forms somewhere in between all that ww

22. Do you want to have kids? How many?

i don't see myself as the kid bearing or rearing type. i'm too invested in my work and want the freedom to do whatever i want whenever i want. i'm a really dope aunt though.

23. Do you have piercings? How many?

yeah, several. a couple of lobe and cartilage piercings on both ears, a tongue piercing, a septum that i'll probably need to get redone and nipples. i usually take most of them out though for shoots.

24. What is/are/were your best subjects?

art and english were my strengths back in high school.

25. Do you miss anyone from your past?

totally. one in particular i wish i didn't.

N- number? - Since it’s also the name of my current band, 13. Both of our names start with the 13th letter of the latin alphabet, so it seemed fitting.

E- easiest person to talk to? - There’s no particular person, as long as I feel comfortable around them. I might be shy at first, but once I start feeling like I can be myself around someone my filter disappears.

R- reason to smile? - I think yesterday would be a very good reason for that. Thank you for making it happen.

O- one wish? - Hmm, right now I wish to have something good for lunch.

Every person known to man will judge a book by its cover, it is completely up to the individual to look past the cover and discover what it is truly about and if it is for them or not. It's a risk that could end up in bad or you possibly found your new favorite book hm?

I think that’s usually the case, yeah. While the way someone looks can influence your first opinion on them, it’s not what matters the most in the end. Well, unless someone is looking for something more casual, like a one night stand, but even then looks aren’t everything! Ultimately, a pretty face means nothing if what’s in the inside is rotten. 

Although I would like to add that with the pandemic going on, perhaps more people have made friends online, in which case looks do generally come in second. I used to meet a lot of people because of my job, so I never really had the opportunity for such friendships before. But in the last few months I have made such a friend that I have not been able to meet before, and it’s been a really positive experience! If you look at it from that perspective, when you talk with someone you’ve never met before, even if you know what they look like from pictures and such, their appearance is really not what matters the most.

2. Can you do a handstand? - Haven’t tried to do one since I was a child so I’m going to assume that I can’t. 7. Did you play with marbles as a kid? - Nope. 9. Favourite kind of bread? - I love every kind of bread as long as it’s fresh but usually I go for the multigrain ones. 22. Biggest lie you've ever told? - Probably something along the lines of “It’s fine if you’re not a sadist”. It’s a little more complicated than that, and at the time it didn’t feel like a lie.
