instead of selling them, they could have displayed the items in some way tbh. like a reminder of the tragedy or sth XD. selling them to random people feels kinda off. especially when these people will most likely try selling ''original helvete'' products at ridiculous prices. if they really needed to do it for the money to rebuild, i'd be fine with it but from what i understand they did get financial support from people. but maybe i'm wrong idk
They received more than 27 000 euros in donations on gofundme. Probably also some donations on the side. I am sure it went well above 30 000.
But don't they have insurance? Isn't it required by law that you have insurance if you run a business? Then all this money is basically just a bonus.
Even if they don't have an insurance, nothing from the black metal section has been damaged or lost and that's why 90% of people even visit the shop.
They have to repair the walls and the floor and wiring IN JUST ONE section of the (small) shop and don't fucking tell me it will cost 30 000+ euros.
Like I said in the replies, they tried to sell a shirt burnt to a fucking crisp. Can you get more greedy than this? But what to expect from the shop that employs a girl who writes explicit fanfiction about Pelle and Varg, with Øystein being a bad guy, to add insult to the injury?
