I just watched the Netflix movie SpellBound did not need to hurt me the way it did at the end😭

10/10 in my opinion

Just watched Spellbound, while I don't think there needs to be a second movie, I think more movies in the same universe would be amazing

I just watched spellbound and I am just AAAAAAA

Like the signs of the parents fighting at the beginning hit so much harder when you finish the movie like

- Are the parents fighting only while monsters because why are they in seperate cages?

- This poor girl literally having to take care of her parents

- When she holds their hands as monsters and they hurt her when they fought

- Literally when the Oracle said the parents have to fix the curse themselves and she says "Just tell me what to do and I'll do it for them" GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

- The cave scene

- Literally the parents making this child choose between them

- HER COMFORTING HER YOUNGRER SELF

I love this piece of beautiful art and it made me cry 15 times. (That is an actual count, the songs are amazing too.) A lady, who's a war general, says "Archimedes, no!"

wait actually why are there are zero posts talking about spellbound ???? what??? major studio made a movie where the happy ending includes happily freshly divorced parents and nobody is talking about this ??????? this post spoils the whole movie but like i didn't see it coming so maybe nobody else did and that's why ???? hello?????
