roasting smores 4 ways
campfire. classic. adds a nice smokey flavor to the mix, and outdoor cooking always tastes better. no notes
microwave. i have an extensive history of experiments involving marshmallows in the microwave. what's unique about this is the marshmallow actually doesnt really melt! it puffs up, then hardens into a crispy crunchy snack! i recommend twisting your marshmallows in half and laying them on a cracker side by side so they don't fall off while puffing up, and then put the chocolate and top cracker on after. it will still melt out all over your plate and shirt and hands and youll have to type your tumblr post with four fingers but it gives you more time
air fryer. yes you can do this you just have to loosely wrap the marshmallow with parchment paper or foil first so they dont blow away. it gets them golden brown and an ooey gooey mess and you gotta scoop it onto your crackers somehow before it turns sticky and icky. more research to be done here
candle. haters will tell you "that's disgusting" and "you're eating wax" but sometimes you are 10 years old and crave adventure
