Hi! I just have a quick question, I hope you don't mind? In I'll Do It All Again, how did you make the choice to not have Steve and Bucky not say goodbye before they left? I know you said the team had changed but I was surprised to see that Steve didn't say goodbye to Sam or Nat. I was just curious to know if there was any specific reason as to why? Or maybe I'm just over analyzing it? I really loved this series so much it was so beautiful and the ending was perfect ❤

No trouble at all, I’m happy to answer your question! You might have noticed I stopped marking the years after chapter 4. It was a conscious choice since we really don’t know how long Bucky was in cryo. In my mind, this last chapter is far into the future, so Sam and Nat would either have left the Avengers, or possibly have passed. At this point, Steve and Bucky really have nothing tying them to the Avengers anymore, making it easier for them to make the choice and leave without looking back.
