Network Logos
Is it just me or have these network logos that appear at the bottom right of a TV screen, have gotten bigger? They use to be smaller but now they're getting bigger and bigger, taking too much space on the screen. So much space that it's starting to ruin my viewing experience because my eyes keep getting draw to the blasted things. What's even worst is when the logos have annoying sound effects accompanying them.
I want to watch my shows without those stupid things distracting me. I don't want to see an actor pop up on my screen with a huge banner touting a future airing of their TV show. Or, a crawl line appearing across the screen, reminding me of another TV show or sporting event. Then there are the ubiquitous network logos, which are always in a spot on the screen where it’s always obscuring something.
I didn't mind them so much when they were small, simple, and transparent. So, I don't see why they had to change it or why they deem it necessary to annoy viewers watching experience like that. I noticed this a lot in a couple of channels and I tried to ignore it but I've reached my limit, especially if it's starting to constantly destroy my enjoyment of a show or a movie.
I guess this is a reason why people are getting huge TV screens now?
