This is a sample of Neurogum. I received nine pieces of nootropic gum that contain natural green tea caffeine and L-theanine with B vitamins for $2.99 shipping and handling. My daughter Arleenah was home for the holidays. She tested this product with me. She was wearing a Fitbit. When she chewed the gum, her heart rate increased from 70 to 90. She called it the "fat burning" heart rate. I personally didn't note any significant changes myself. For me, the flavor lasts approximately 50 minutes. I love gum. It's very good gum. I'm happy to have my daughter testing alongside me. Not only was she able to quantify the change in heart rate due to her Fitbit; but, she's also more sensitive to the product. She indicated that it gives a little more focus equivalent to taking approximately 1/2 a dose of Aderrall or 5mg. She noted the effect lasts approximately 30 minutes. However, the flavor of the gum lasts approximately an additional 20 minutes. I can conclude that if you're sensitive to caffeine for example or any sort of medication, chewing one piece of Neurogum should give you a little more focus for 1/2 an hour. If you're not, you'll still have good gum that has flavor that lasts for almost an hour.
