Dumb idea 

Neuvillette!mc

The idea is simple MC fall asleep and wakes up as a newborn dragon Neuvillette/Leviathan 

Neuvillette!mc not yet knowing he’s in genshin impact decides to spend most of his time experimenting/messing around with his now found

power/authority as well as learn about others powers.

Neuvillette!mcs endless curiosity and urge to learn earned him a surprisingly good reputation/social standing with the other dragon and dragon sovereigns.

Everything was fine and dandy until the heavenly principles arrived and decided to start killing the dragon sovereigns for their power/authorities and Neuvillette!mc was one of the first to die (he walk up to the heavenly principles and tried to talk to them, it was going well until something happened, which somehow led to Neuvillette!mc getting obliterated).

A lot of time later Neuvillette!mc reincarnates/respawns as a human and decides to go explore the world to see what’s changed since he was dead,

Meanwhile in Fontaine, Focalors is panicking because she thought that Neuvillette!mc would head  straight towards Fontaine to reclaim his authority but instead he’s actively avoiding Fontaine and Furina!MC ( she’s also in this AU) is also panicking because it’s now up to her to handle all the paperwork 

That’s it for now hopefully this was comprehensible and understandable

This is NOT dumb, I love this idea so much!

Oh, and the idea that he was popular among dragons, and was actually the furst to die is interesting. Him also trying to talk to the HP is also a interesting twist.

Though, this makes me wonder, what if it wasn't the HP that killed him? Maybe it was a misunderstanding or even Nibelung? Either way, Neuvillette!MC was actually headway with his talks with the HP, who actually got along with him and was listening... but then a frazzled Dragon who did not trust the HP attacks, killing Neuvillette!MC, thus everything goes to shit.

Sides that, Furina!MC! I see she's included in this au! I wonder how those two will eventually meet now since Neuvillette!MC isn't heading to Fontaine...

I do hope she at least decides to grab the Melsuines early in case he really doesn't end up showing up soon enough.

You know those parents who think their children can do no wrong and blame other children for when their child does something bad? Imagine that being self aware neuvillette and focalors:

Focalors: your son dragged my daughter all the way to sumeru!

Neuvillette: neuvillette!mc would never, maybe it was YOUR daughters idea, my son was raised right, unlike SOME children

Focalors about ready to slap him: how dare you you scaly BIT-

...I honestly see Child! Furina!MC being genuinely upset, maybe even thinking Self Aware! Neuvillette's words were right and she was bad-

Child! Neuvillette!MC would be become apocalyptic with rage if he sees his 'best friend's say she was a bad person-

……let’s mix together the self aware neuvillette and neuvillette mc au and the childhood friends au, self aware neuvillette will still be reborn in his adult body but neuvillette mc will unfortunately be in a smol child body so we can have baby neuvillette mc and furina mc being adorable together while self aware neuvillette and focalors are the parents who hate each other but very reluctantly endure each others presence so their kids can be happily play together and be friends (even if they think their child could do way better)

But the moment Self Aware! Neuvillette makes Child! Furina!MC cry, he unlocks a feral gremlin in Child! Neuvillette!MC.

Add in Focalors glaring at him, and Self Aware! Neuvillette grudgingly apologizes... He does eventually come around to like the girl, and possibly tries to yoink her from Focalors care-

Oh what about a neuvillette!mc? Maybe they wake up when neuvillette gets reborn in a human form?

I see him definitely being a law student or maybe a judge himself in his first life. Not sure if he'd have any interest in Genshin, but maybe he loves fantasy books and being a dragon is a childhood dream of his.

Oh! Wait! Maybe Neuvillette!MC and Furina!MC knew each other and were dating! And Furina!MC back on earth has been missing for a month (100 years in Teyvat).

And when Neuvillette!MC woke up as 'Neuvillette' and eventually ended up in Fontaine ... He takes one look at 'Furina', seeing his missing girlfriends anxious quirks of maybe picking at her fingers, hair, or clothes, and he goes-

"...MC? Sweetheart, is that you?"

Okay Neuv!MC yapping

My first idea with Neuv!MC was that the MC wasn't the dominant soul. Base Neuvi was still the one in control

In fact he wasn't even born/reincarnated with the MC!Soul. It was a choice. He found a soul erroneously dragged into Teyvat (your choice if it was a ploy by Celestia to get more control over the feral dragon man), and wasn't in a body. It needed a body, or else it would of faded.

It was just a lil bebe...

And you *know* how Neuvi is with babies. He couldn't let that stand. So, until he found an empty vessel that he could put this poor little soul into, he took the soul into himself to save it.

Dunno who the soul is, but now he suddenly has access to the memories, thoughts, feelings, and emotions of his new little passenger, and of this whole other world called "Earth". A world with no true gods, no Celestia....

Maybe he'd increase the budget of the scientists in his world realizing that a lot of stuff would be solved if he did. Like the concept of washing your hands before surgery-

Oh, hello there Neuvillette!MC, and a Neuvillette who is self aware! Oh, if this is the case, and if happens, maybe when he meets Furina!MC, he notices how she says or acts similar to the humans in his extra memories?

Like he just tugs her to the side, asks her if she was originally from someplace called earth, and says 'Oh, I have a extra soul in me from that place-'.

Poor Furina!MC was about to have a heart attack from all this sudden information... But at least Neuvillette was much more in tune with his emotions and wasn't as guarded or cold towards her because of her 'usurper' status ...

Makes me wonder if th extra soul in Neuvillette was once a Genshin player, Neuvillette would use that to his advantage... And noticed how out of character 'Furina' is...

So many way this could go....

If fountaines opinion about their love would just increase if the region ever learns about how both furina!mc and neuvillette mc are both from another world yet still found each other again in this one, their love for one another transcends even dimensions

Not sure if they'd ever find that out, but there's been theories about them being lovers in a past life, if only because Neuvillette!MC joked about it once long ago.

Once furina!mc tells Neuvillette!mc about genshin, he would probably be so happy to learn that he’s a dragon in this life

He is! Though... he does pout when all he could do at the moment was shift into this stupid looking, tiny ass noodle form!

Furina!MC disagrees with him. She LOVES his noodle form, and he grows to love it too when his cute girlfriend showers him with affection~

Also furina!mc would be over the moon to learn that not only did her boyfriend get isekaied with her, but as for reincarnated into neuvillette so she’s not alone

They will be Fontaine's golden couple. Their romance is what regular couples wished they had with their lovers.

And all the while Focalors is confused as hell, like how the hell did this happen?! Her puppet and the Sovereign's love was so strong-
