Reading that 'MC being Aether + Lumine's sibling that is hated by them and Teyvat with a twist' from @bossviper28 made me wonder. What about if Furina!MC was in this au, huh?

Well, if Furina!MC was in this au, she already knew something was up when she heard word about the dragon called 'Stormterror' being killed in Mondstadt soil... and a outlander being banished right afterwards.

This... this wasn't right-

And the pattern continues. Something happens in a nation, and then news of a banishment happens immediately afterwards.

People talk about a traveler, always causing trouble, messing things up. ...Getting people killed.

And Furina!MC, well... all it took was one look at the so called 'Traveler', who was neither Lumine or Aether, seeing a small dirty figure covered in wounds and scars, looking so defeated and weak... a familiar fairy clings to the girl's shoulder, glaring at anyone who got too close... and Furina!MC knew right then the other nations was full of absolute shit.

Making it even more apparent something was wrong is when the 'Traveler' collapses, the nearby Hearth children already crouching worriedly by the girl's side-

Furina!MC had her, + Paimon cause the fairy looked just as worse as her friend, to the nearest hospital within the Court of Fontaine.

Starvation. Broken bones that didn't heal right. Possible blindness in one eye. Body weak from fatigue and illness-

Note, i wanted to put emphasis on how fucked up MC's health is in this au. She ain't doing good...

Furina!MC hands shook as she held the report handed to her by a grim face nurse. It made her want to cry cause why?!

But the nail in the coffin was when Furina!MC heard a horrifed gasp from Focalors through their shared bond.

Curses. There was curses on this girl. Curses left within this child's soul by Archons. Curses of pain, of banishment-

It was supposed to hurt.

Focalors words are only brought further into the light when Paimon, who was sitting on the gir- MC's bed, reveals what the other Archons before Furina!MC did every single time when they were finished with her friend...

Yeah... ok, no, thats NOT ok-

Furina!MC lets out a shaky breath as she stares down at the tiny, and too still form on the hospital bed... this was a mess. A horrible mess made from the deepest of hell.

With MC, who was as far as Furina!MC can tell the 'Traveler', was out of commission. Cause for the sake of her sanity, she was not letting this girl run around trying to 'save' Fontaine.

No, this was going to fall on Furina!MC/Focalors shoulders... good thing Furina!MC was more than ready to do it as she already prevented some annoyances... Vacher had already been taken care of, and the people of Poisson had moved out of their homes months eariler when Furina!MC found proof on how dangerous it was to live there...

Yeah... she can handle the rest of the Fontaine arc just fine and let poor MC finally rest...

Hm... oh, and she needed to talk to Neuvillette as well... she hoped he doesn't mind that she adopted 2 new daughters without telling him-

This little idea is based somewhat off this >post< I found. Enjoy~

Furina!MC, but prior to becoming 'Furina', she had reincarnated into a different fandom and as the main characters twin sibling.

Being her soft self and trying to make do with her situation, she turned to caring for her new sibling, and even eventually gained a family with the friends their sibling made along their journey.

It was all sunshine and roses... until things started to change.

Slowly, Furina!MC found herself being pushed slowly to the side, being bled dry as she gave and gave and gave-

Her wants and needs? Ignored or forgotten. Her twin? Granted immediately.

But even when she was shoved more and more into the shadows, she still loved her twin, her family-

Because they were all she had...

But then it comes point where she finds herself alone, dying, as she sacrificed herself for her family's safety.

No one came for her, even as she began to cry.

Did... did they really forget about her?

Even with that sad, broken thought, even as she grew weak, her eyes slowly closing... she prayed her twin and family were safe...

...But then she woke up. Again. Now in a totally different body. Again.

She was now 'Furina', a character of a video game she very faintly recalled playing in her first life, and all she could do is sit there and cry as a worried Focalors whispered in her head-

...She had a new 'sister' now. Focalors having claimed the title after seeing her memories of her second life.

More years past, and she gains a lover, the Hydro Dragon Sovereign, Leviathan, who would be called Neuvillette later on.

Then the Melusines, her precious daughters, and then so much more.

...Post Prophecy Fontaine, and Furina!MC doesn't think much of her second life. Those memories of her 'twin' and 'family' faint and negative. Something Focalors and others made her realize after making a family of her own.

Furina!MC had been used over and over again, giving, giving, and giving, but nothing was ever given back.

Even still, ahe still loved her twin, she really did. Her old family too.

Focalors claimed she much too kind, and Neuvillette thought similar when Furina!MC quietly told him of her last life one late sleepless night.

Neither were fond of her second life's twin and family.

"They didn't deserve you, my treasure." Neuvillette says, cupping her cheeks as he kissed her gently. "So please, do not waste your energy on thinking about THEM."

"My dear, little sister-" Focalors croons, gently braiding Furina!MC's hair one night. "No more thoughts about THOSE people-"

And for a while... Furina!MC stops thinking about the past. About her second life. About her twin, her old family-

...Until a group of familiar faces shows up within the Court of Fontaine. Confused faces, like they had no clue where they were at. Faces that didn't belong to the Genshin fandom at all!

And Furina!MC, out on a date with Neuvillette, nearly falls to her knees as she sees the group. Sees a painfully familiar face.

Her twin... from her second life.

Note, her second life can be any fandom. I kept it vague on purpose for y'all to have fun at. I'm up for ideas, and willing to listen. 😁

Idea for the scenario for male furina!mc who is the only male vision holder.

Focalors is like a mom to him and tries to warn him. She is very overprotective of her son. She doesn’t die after defying the principles and is immediately trying to get women off her son. Male furina!mc is muscular but has a lean build which is why his gender isn’t exposed.

Neuvilette’s dragon instincts and other vision holder instincts say that male furina would be a perfect mate and they have no idea why until the truth is revealed.

He gets exposed one day when the traveler and Paimon and Fontaine put him on trial and the reaction is immediate, neuvilette is trying to get to him but the other vision holders are also trying to get yo him. The steam bird manages to get photos and now all of teyvat is aware that the hydro archon is male. No one cares about the trial anymore as they more interested in trying and failing to get male furina’s attention. Also the traveler should be lumine to make it funny.

I hope you are doing well. Your au’s are cheering me up.

Mom Focalors? And a Mom Focalors where she lives? Even better! She loves her son! And while she's shooing all the women away from her boy... you know secretly she probably eventually wants grandkids, lol.

She's also probably rooting for Fem Neuvillette as well-

But as for Male Furina!MC being exposed, maybe during the trial his clothes somehow gets ripped... and they don't see boobs, but just a flat chest? A flat chest that looks suspiciously like a man's-

"...OH MY ARCHONS! LADY FURINA!MC ISN'T A 'LADY' AT ALL!"

Cue a half dressed Male Furina!MC running for the hills as all the women go feral and chase after him.

Nice!Focalors au where she's not completely emotionless and cold to Furina!MC.

Focalors knew something was wrong the moment her 'Human' side opened her eyes.

They were confused, terrified, nothing like Focalors imagined, and then she actually pokes at her 'human' side's mind-

And, oh Celestia! What has she done?

This wasn't her 'Human' side! She somehow placed an actual human soul in her 'Human' side's body! A human soul from another world altogether!

A world where Teyvat... Is some sort of a game?!

But she had to forced her confusion and horror to the side as her 'Hum- no, Furina!MC starts breaking down into tears. She was scared-

Focalors, even though she was physically incapable of actually offering physical comfort, she wrapped her power around Furina!MC as best age could, murmuring broken apologies...

...After Furina!MC calmed down enough for Focalors to speak to her, they sat down- er, Furina!MC sat down, and Focalors explained what they were going to do.

As much as she hated to do this, she asks Furina!MC if she could still play the part of 'Furina' for her... And of course, she would help out!

Focalors says this frantically as she sees Furina!MC tear up more, showing how scared she still was-

Honestly... Focalors really ended up with a crybaby, huh? A precious one even so cause Furina!MC agrees, abit meeky.

"I-I'm not graceful, I'm not outgoing... I-I'm really shy, so... Can I even help you, M-miss Focalors?"

Focalors sighs fondly, mentally patting Furina!MC's head. "Of course, dear. Ah, also, no need for calling me 'miss'. Instead, you can call me... big sister."

Extra notes.

Focalors claims Furina!MC as her little sister.

Over the several years Focalors acted as her teacher, teaching her how to wield Hydro by tapping into her Oceanid side, which the two discovered she possessed despite her body being built to be Focalors' 'human side'.

Teaching Furina!MC how to shift into her Oceanid form and swim within Fontaine's water was probably the most fun Focalors' has had in a very long time...

...it made her wish she could join Furina!MC...

Another thing to note is that Focalors definitely uses Furina!MC's knowledge of the future to her advantage.

She was already making plans within plans, already making notes of certain people she needed to keep an eye out for and so on- cough Vacher, cough cough-

When it was finally time to summon the Hydro Sovereign, Focalors had to calm Furina!MC.

"B-b-but he's going to hate me, Foca!"

Considering from what Furina!MC told her about what she knew from Genshin Impact and other theories, Focalors knew she wasn't exactly wrong.

The Hydro Sovereign. The future Ludex of Fontaine, Neuvillette. There was no doubt he carried a lot of anger right now currently... However-

"My dear little sister. He will not hate you. No one could possibly hate you."

And Focalors was right.

From her spot within the Oratrice, she watched almost smugly as the bitter, arrogant Hydro Sovereign crumbles like wet tissue before her little sister the moment she looks up at him with a timid smile.

That smugness does leave, however, when the soggy noodle becomes a bit too close to her sister to her liking...

This only becomes more apparent when Focalors notices something off about Furina!MC. Her sister has started recently showing fatigue and nausea.

But the kicker was when Focalors senses something coming from Furina!MC. Coming from her belly...

Why did it feel like that soggy Sovereign?! Don't tell her he actually-

He did. He knocked up her little sister.

Furina!MC has to beg Focalors to calm down as the goddess was just about to claw her way out the Oratrice and strangle Neuvillette. Prophecy and the Heavenly Principles be damn-

Thankfully the Melusines' first appearance calmed Focalors rage. Slightly. She was still pissed-

But, hey, she had nieces now! This also includes the youngling growing in Furina!MC's belly, but her sister asked to not check the gender. She wanted to be surprised.

Besides this, Focalors decided to do something she's been considering a while.

Unlike her 'canon' counterpart from the game her sister used to play in her past life, this Focalors considered bringing Neuvillette into the know much much earlier.

She was doing this because of Furina!MC, and so that damn trial wouldn't happen if Neuvillette knew the truth himself and helped them.

So, one night, Focalors taps into the power of the Hydro gnosis, using Neuvillette's authority trapped inside to carefully pull his conscious into the Oratrice.

It was a rough first meeting, to say the least. On both party's side, but they compromise when Focalors explained everything, including showing Neuvillette Furina!MC's past self-memories of future events.

When they got to the trial, Focalors was pleased when Neuvillette showed displeasure with the way this trial went, with how his counterpart treated his 'Furina'.

They both agree that things would be different, that this trial would never happen, that there had to be a different way than that-

...Fast forward 500 years, and they do it.

No traumatizing trial needed for Furina!MC to go through. And better yet, Focalors managed to avoid needing to kill herself to destroy the Hydro throne.

Now the next question was... How to explain to Fontaine about Focalors existence.

And of course, when could she finally meet all her nieces and nephews!

Do your remember the post with nice Focalors? Because I do and I have a little idea! What if both Focalors and Furina!MC are gremlins and they decide that they would do a „hide and seek“ with Neuvillette about his authority. Like if you find it you get it back but if not in this time window you need to do something for us. And they could bring the Knave with her children in this to. If they nice are maybe they become a little bit random hint. Like you are walk past it the last hundred years. And then left like nothing happened!

I'm gonna be honest, I imagine only Focalors doing this cause Furina!MC is just too nice-

And Focalors does this out of some pettiness, like "Find your Authority and you can marry my precious little sister-" kind of deal, and Neuvillette, bless his dragony heart, he looks, but can't ever find it.

Furina!MC does get on Focalors case about her 'bullying' but Focalors just huffs with a pout, saying it was very much out in the open. That soggy dragon is just blind-

It was out in the open. In Furina!MC's bed, actually. Attached to a silly little otter plush commission to look like Neuvi, right where a fake gem is supposed to be on its tiny cravat-

Except it wasn't fake, and Neuvillette FINALLY realizes a near 100 years later when he came home from a long day at the courthouse, and falls into bed with a sleepy Furina!MC.

His head lands near the plush. He stares at it sleepily for a moment.

Needless to say, the first thing Furina!MC woke up to the next day was a very wide awake Neuvillette asking where she wanted the wedding to take place-

Here is the second post of my Nice/Angry Focalors in Furina's body, execution/exile au idea.

I wasn't planning to make a sequel to this, it was meant to be an one-off but you gave me ideas to work with, like with how you made Focalors did with Neuvillette but I have an extra thing to add it. After Focalors ripped his authority out, it immediately entered her body, granting her the power of the Hydro Sovereign. The reason for why it did is that the Hydro Authority was somewhat sentient and was displeased with Neuvillette's actions, and therefore returned to Focalors.

Amusingly enough, Focalors now has the power of both the Hydro Archon and the Hydro Sovereign, making her stronger than all the Archons and other Sovereigns, ironic as that means nothing to Focalors anymore as she can't use it to bring back her precious Furina so it is all empty platitudes in her eyes. And she is no longer interested in fighting anyone, she is just tired.

So after all of that, Focalors and the Melusines goes to Sumeru, or rather the Melusines convince their new aunt Focalors to go to Sumeru to hopefully help her grieve. While Focalors is still confused for why they are caring for her, the one who killed their mother and (re)took her body, why they are calling a murderer their aunt. Yeah, her self-loathing is overwhelming her, probably harder than any self-loathing Furina felt in her life.

And Focalors remembering Furina's life only made her guilty as while she doesn't regret killing everyone, she did realise it made Furina's 500 years worth of suffering and sacrifice moot. All the centuries of pain Furina was in to save her nation became uttey meaningless because Focalors killed everyone anyway. That broke Focalors even more as it means she made Furina suffer for so long for absolutely nothing, ruined her life for no reward.

So yeah, when the Melusines finally brought their aunt to the Ameno Archon Nahida, Focalors' mental state was in the absolute shitter, she didn't even have tears to shed anymore despite now having the Hydro Authority. Made even worse with the fact that anytime she looks in a reflection, she only sees Furina (as she is in Furina's body, and didn't change clothes before making Fontaine sink) and refuses to remove said clothes as she doesn't lose her final connection to her other half. The Melusines had to force her to change clothes because they became dirty and soaked after all this time.

Of course, while she did attempt to drown everyone in Fontaine in her grief and anger, people still survivedvthat disaster, like those residing in the Fortress of Meropide who due to being underwater didn't sink with rest, and while some of it became damaged due to an entire nation being slammed into the sea, it could be repaired due to no one being dissolved anymore.

Of course, Wriothesley wanted to know what happened as the entire fortress was in the dark during the past couple of days (as Neuvillette rightfully believed they would be against the attempted exile/execution). Sigewinne decided to go up there to check the situation out, and to see if her family is ok (especially as she had a bad feeling about something, a tragedy that had happened). Half-a-hour later, she came back visibly upset, and explained to Wriothesley about everything, the betrayal that her f- no, that Neuvillette committed with the people, and that her mother is dead, replaced by a grieving goddess in her place.

Both angry at their attempted atrocity and worried about the current state of the Melusines (especially the heartbroken Sigewinne after hearing of her mother's fate, who requested time off to grieve), he decided to write a letter to Focalors to give condolences and to inform her that the Fortress had no idea of the situation and actively condemns it. Giving it to Sigewinne after she was slightly better, who sent it out to one of her sisters with Focalors, only to get a reply back by informing them that they got the message but decided against giving it to Focalors yet as she needed time to heal first, though promising that she will read it eventually, all they needed to do now is wait.

The Traveler and Paimon also survived, mainly because they were kicked out the second they objected to the plan, and by kicked out I mean being blasted out by Neuvillette far away from Fontaine only to hit a tree, and when they attempted to rush back, they came to everything being dead with only 'Furina' and the Melusines remaining. One of the latter noticed them and decided to inform them of everything with a request of non-inference for now. The Traveler accepted and left them to go on their path while they went off with Paimon to inform the other Archons of what happened (including Nahida in their dreams).

The House of the Hearth had also survived as Neuvillette threatened them to keep their silence of the coming exile/execution, which the Knave immediately ignored the second she was alone and told the Tsaritsa of the situation. The Tsaritsa inform her to take all of the house's residents back to Snezhnaya as quickly as possible, as she fears something big is going to happen that would destroy Fontaine. The reason they had time was because 'Furina' was currently unconscious for a couple of days with the Melusines guarding her twenty-four seven, which meant nothing could be done until she woke up.

Ok, first off, I like how Focalors became both the Hydro Archon again AND the Hydro Sovereign. Makes me wonder if she'll eventualky develop dragony features.

Though, too bad she can't revive Furina!MC with those powers...

...She's going to need so much therapy after all this-

I am surprised that there was actually survivors, and ones that were actually on Furina!MC/Focalors' side!

The Fortress of Meropide, the Traveler/Paimon, the House of Hearth/Arlecchino... at least they were on Furina!MC's side even though it was far too late...

Hey, do you remember your first Diary of Secrets where the Fontaine cast found out about Furina!MC's secrets in her diary including with her puppetry by Focalors, with them wanting to bring MC back. Do you also remember my Obedient Furina AU with a Nice Focalors that was chained to allow follow the plot no matter what.

Well, I have the idea of mixing those two ideas together with it being the original Diary of Secrets AU but with a Nice Focalors that is also as stuck in following the plot as MC even though she also wants Furina!MC to save those who died in canon but is unable to thanks chains made by her mother Egeria.

But Focalors hides the fact that she is forced in this role like MC out of a misplaced belief that someone deserves to be blamed for this and she is the perfect option, but MC doesn't fall for it as it is clear that Focalors is in genuine pain in forcing her to not change the story in any way is

Therefore writes down in her diary that Focalors is also a prisoner like her that is forced to act like a warden and therefore to not blame her for the actions she is forced to commit. And when trial is done, MC confirms to Focalors that she knows that the latter is forced to follow the plot.

Surprised by the fact MC knows, Focalors acknowledges that it doesn't really matter anymore as MC's time is done with Focalors both apologizing for what was MC forced to do and thanking her for saving Fontaine from the prophecy, promising that she is finally free from the torment she was placed in.

I should note that while she knows Focalors was also forced to do all of this, it doesn't change that MC has trauma from all of this, the fact she was unable to do anything but play a role that hurt her and was unable to save people despite having the knowledge to do so.

And her final line in her diary was the same as in the original AU, not blaming Fontaine for what they would do and knowing that Furina de Fontaine would not have a happy ending, but nor would Focalors have one either, a truly cruel tragedy for the "favourite" daughter of the goddess Egeria.

But there's a twist, when the Fontaine cast seek to bring MC back to Fontaine to love and comfort her, one loudly refuses to allow this to happen, and that person is Focalors herself. The truth is when MC return home, her body still remained unoccupied which resulted in Focalors regaining her original body.

Focalors' first action was to book it as far as possible from Fontaine to be hiding in secret, which is why the people presumed that Furina just disappeared, but she would return when she heard they found MC's diary, only to heard of the idea of going to her world to bring her back.

Focalors would not allow this, and appeared before them in her original body with Furina's clothes still on her, she was angered by the very idea of bringing back MC to the place that tormented her so much, take her away from her home again after centuries away from her real family.

Focalors never wanted MC to be apart of this cursed fate but have no choice but to follow her mother's demands, and they seek to bring her back and believe that would be helping her. MC can be helped in her original world and it would certainly be better for her family to be beside her all the way.

Focalors loves MC and her guilt for forcing an innocent girl in this role wad enormous which means she never wants it happen to her again. She will free MC from this fate even it means fighting all of Fontaine to stop from doing their plan, weapon drawn and her powers unleash to its maximum.

She doesn't win, Focalors may still be quite powerful even with her godhood gone, but she isn't beating the Hydro Sovereign with all his power back, therefore she is quickly overwhelmed and taken down, knocked out in the process, Focalors' final thoughts was apologising to MC for her failure to stop this.

No one feels anger to Focalors for this as they know the truth about her as well thanks to MC's diary, they only feel pity as they believe that she also suffered greatly along with MC but is unwilling to have anyone help due to how she was raised, but they will love and adore equally as much as they will with MC.

Focalors thinks they are quite mad, but is unable to stop them due to being unconscious.

Diary of Secrets au + Nice Focalors + Yandere like Fontaine = a masterpiece of an idea.

Nice Focalors is so sweet! I love her hearing her feelings towards Furina!MC, and seeing how much she loves the other girl. And then there's Furina!MC, with her own feelings towards Focalors and seeing her being just as trapped as she was... they really got a bad hand dealt to them, haven't they? 😢

But oh god, Fontaine ans Neuvillette. They reached their Yandere stage, and they want both Furina!MC AND Focalors.

Reading back in my original au, I remember a part where Neuvillette creates a vision shaped like a necklace collar for Furina!MC and it helped regulate her emotions and memories. Like, no, there was no reason to feel homesick, you're already home-

So... maybe he does the same to Focalors? To keep her in check, and to keep her safe, just like with Furina!MC once they found and brought her home?

Maybe twin bracelets? Powered by Neuvillette's Sovereign Authority? Or earrings, or... maybe a matching necklace collar to match Furina!MC's?

Either way, I can already imagine a scene going something like this-

Imagine Neuvillette arriving back into Teyvat with Furina!MC unconscious but safe in his arms. Her new Hydro vision necklace collar glimmers softly as the Sovereign entered her old bedroom.

He walks over to her bed, carefully laying her down... right next to a still out cold Focalors, her own new jewelry chains glimmering similar to Furina!MC's.

As of sensing Furina!MC's presence, Focalors rolls over in her sleep, curling next to dear Furina!MC.

And Furina!MC copies this action as well, turning over, and cuddling up to Focalors, clinging to the former goddess in her sleep.

They felt safe next to one another. A natural instinct born from their 500 year bond... and Neuvillette thought it was adorable.

Yes... he and Fontaine wouldn't let either of the women go. They belong here, within the waters of the Nation of Hydro, tucked away in the Palais Mermonia, under Neuvillette's- no, the Hydro Dragon Sovereign protection.

So I had an idea that combines three au’s that have already been made! I’m honestly surprised this haven’t been made yet lol.

Anyway! The idea combines the exile, focalors lives, and nice focalors au’s. It’s sort of self explanatory but me and quiet have been talking about this idea when I mentioned it to her so there’s a lot more that will be part of this idea.

Focalors saves furina!reader before she was put in chains to be exiled. Focalors becomes very pissed at how Fontaine was treating her beloved water drop daughter who tried her very best to take care of everything and everyone while focalors was unable to, furina!reader even saved carol!! But that was disregarded by the man her daughter loved as the melusines were his daughters and not furina!reader’s, no matter how much the melusines called her their mama. To him furina!reader was a fraud and a usurper, he won’t allow his daughters to be fooled. Focalors will keep her daughter away from Fontaine and bring justice to those that hurt her daughter and granddaughter that has yet to be born, especially to a man she had gave her blessing to (albeit hesitant) for her daughters hand in marriage and he took that for granted! And neuvillette has the audacity to make heart eyes to her when he had a soon to be ex wife who deserves better than that pig of a dragon sovereign! She is beyond pissed at neuvillette and Fontaine, she will not forgive them for what they done to her daughter.

Focalors either leaves to another nation or kick everyone that was part of trying to exile her daughter, melusines would side with their mama and grandma. Focalors would be the daughter to egaria which makes furina!reader the granddaughter to the first hydro archon making her royalty even if she was supposed to be a ‘puppet’. Neuvillette will realize until seraphina has already grown up on what he has done to furina!reader, maybe meeting seraphina by accident with the two options of her knowing he’s a awful person or her finding out after meeting him.

Another way this can go is if furina!reader was already in chains when focalors was able to wake from being inside the oratrice for so long (as it left her passed out) and furina!reader calls out to her which made Fontaine realize they did a big oopsie. Focalors will be pissed saying that everyone will now think being dissolved into primordial sea would’ve been mercy compared to what she will do after she’s done with them. Even after her daughter was returned to her she wouldn’t let up as they deserved it after taking her daughter for granted after all furina!reader had done for them, especially currently before the prophecy while being pregnant.

Now, if focalors decided to leave Fontaine in ruins she would most likely meet apep who noticed the baby sovereign in furina!reader’s belly, cue them telling her and her being horrified that a dragon sovereign did that, even if it was to the usurpers; they were supposed to be better than them but the hydro sovereign was not helping with what he did.

Another idea is if focalors becomes feral, which alerts the other oceanids to come to Fontaine to see what’s up, even if they don’t like focalors, after they learned what happened to her daughter they will be on focalors side no matter how their relationship is strained. Feral!focalors will soon turn into a more monstrous being from all the anger she feels with how Fontaine treated her daughter, essentially turning her into a eldritch-monster like god.

Basically, in short, Fontaine is fucked to hell in back lol 😂

Hm... I kinda vibe with the idea of Focalors just doing uno reverse on Neuvillette and all the humans of Fontaine and exiling them instead before fully submerging Fontaine under water.

All that lived there now was the Oceanids that returned to Fontaine's waters, the Melusines that stayed loyal to Furina!MC, and other water-based creatures, even vishaps!

Now the idea about Apep- i want to talk about thay one-

Once Apep gets the whole story, it's like you said, she was horrified. Disgusted even that a Dragon Sovereign would commit such betrayal, even if it was to a usurper. But even so, Neuvillette took Furina!MC as his MATE. It was a known fact among Dragon kind to always look after your mate, always. Through thick and thin, through life and death!

And yet, he didn't. That foolish disgrace of a Sovereign! They were supposed to be better than the usurpers! Better than humans! But the reborn Hydro Sovereign just stompped over the very foundation he should be following...

And don't get her started on the fact that apparently, he also made himself an even bigger fool and disgrace for the mere fact he tried to... ugh... make the true Hydro Usurper his new mate when his current mate was being thrown away like garbage!

In the end, I see her coming to a truce with Focalors. She and Furina!MC ends up staying with the Dendro Sovereign, if only because Apep felt ashamed by her fellow Sovereign and what he did to Furina!MC.

Another reason, of course, was the also the hatchling. The first real Hatcling of a Sovereign Dragon in who knows how long. Apep's pride as the Dendro Sovereign would not let this hatchling go unprotected... which means, Furina!MC, and a reluctant Focalors, was now under her care.

And now for the Eldritch Sea-Monster Focalors idea... well, as you said it yourself, Fontaine is fucked.
