mmmmhmmmmhmhmhmhmhmhmh I GENUINELY THINK THIS IS THE OPINION THAT IS GONNA LOSE ME FOLLOWERS.....

I want to open by saying my gripes with the canon character are purely down to failures on the part of the writers. The character was given too much focus at the cost of bogging the S2 narrative, in my opinion. It costs my muse pretty much any sensible arc or development to instead focus on poor little rich girl's mommy issues. Another character has to have an alternate universe misadventure to get any plot going because he found no screentime in the main timeline for it --

Joke's aside. It's also hard because she's a pair of archetypes I struggle to enjoy. Poor little rich girl grates on me, and dyke cops moreso. The perfect storm of S2 basically negating her character development means she would have to claw her way out of a pit and back into my good graces. The whole joined a f*scist regime arc did nothing to help her out.

I cannot stand canonically accurate C**tV*. God I cannot stand it. When the sex jams started in that prison Ax will attest I actually screamed 'SHE DOESN'T DESERVE IT.' I called it an actual infringement on my human rights. This coming from a dyke starved for rep in media I actually enjoy. I hope they divorce in the next five years and my rose-haired butch goes on to have the wildest fucking situationship with the femme from afar.

I want to attach a heavy disclaimer to this. I am willing to explore the dynamic with roleplay partners, as RP is a wonderful place where we can reinforce and build on canon, improve it, polish it a little better, fill in the cracks. But oh Christ I am so sorry to any Ca1ts that follow me because it's gonna be an uphill battle I cannot stand her post S1 and I need y'all to do better with her --

Nope! I'm kinda like. opposed to them on principal, I don't feel like they really do anything beyond stir up drama in the rpc tbqh. Like i get that people need the space to vent about things and people that are frustrating them, that's not what i'm opposed to. But I'm of the mind that the best place for that is, y'know, with your friends, not screaming it into the void where anyone can see it.

It's like vague posting w/ extra steps and a detrimentally wider reach, in that it doesn't really do much but cause anxiety and encourage people not to handle their problems face to face. The RPC already has a communication problem, and imo burnbook blogs (and their tea blog descendants) encourage people to be kinda two faced bc it let people be nasty w/o ever having to tie a name to it.
