Just here to appreciate the fact that Morrigan Crow is like, canonically not pretty. While the only people who have made jabs at her appearance have been odious individuals (looking at you, Baz), it's pretty clear that she isn't a stereotypical budding beauty. Pasty pale complexion, startlingly dark eyes, crooked nose, plain clothing color palette.... It's a nice change from novels centering on girl protagonists in the same age range who are oblivious to their shocking beauty or who wonder why they get all kinds of attention from boys, or who are noted to be growing into breathtaking stars. I'm 100% here for canonically Not Pretty Morrigan. She gives me hope.
