So this morning I did a very nice run with a good friend and I made a new best!!!! Above you can see the stats of my friend (she uses runtastic pro). My old best were 20 min with around 2.7km on a treadmill. I am so fucking proud of me than this was a run through woods, vinyards,uphill and downhill so a lot more challenging as a treadmill. I never felt better with my asthma. It got so much better you just have to stay motivated!

Finally, a real success :)

I went to the gym the day before yesterday, with the intention on hanging out the the elliptical for about 15 minutes as my warm-up, then moving on. Instead, I felt like trying out the cardio workout setting, and managed to stay on for an hour! I haven't done that since I was about 12. Honestly, the worst part was the last five minutes, but I got through almost 2 episodes of greys anatomy, and managed to keep my heart in a good cardio zone without it going too high. That bodes well for my heart in the long run. My main motivation for my cardio workouts now is that no one wants to hire a nurse that will drop of a heart attack or stroke on the job some day. It's in my best interest as a future medical professional to be in the best shape possible for me and my patients. Also, I made an appointment yesterday with a psychiatrist so I can try to get the rest of this crap off my plate. Instead of ignoring it, it'll actually be gone. Here's to hoping 👍
