I am lost....
The last few weeks didn't go well for me. Even with a good balanced diet I wasn't able to stop to binge on some days. And at all I am very dissapointed of me because I could have seen so much better results this year. I had some improvments in my training, I was able to increase some weights but this isn't a excuse for eating like shit.
I know this may be stupid but I decided to live with this feeling until the end of the year and then I will start over again. I will make up a plan for next year and I also want to see a nutritionist.
Until then guys I try not to gain to much weight and I will go to the gym at least once a week, to not lose all my progress! See you next year and keep your chins up!
