The EU and Donald Trump will come under fire.
Jack Dee and The Good Wife's Archie Panjabi will star in Brexit spoof Power Monkeys.
The Channel 4 comedy - which comes from the team behind last year'sBallot Monkeys - is a six-part satire poking fun at the upcoming EU referendum as well as Donald Trump's campaign.
Dee and Claire Skinner will play Oliver and Sarah respectively, colleagues in the pro-Europe 'Unity Unit', while Andy Nyman and Kevin McNally have been cast as characters on the 'Brexit Roadshow' bus.
Panjabi is starring as Preeya, a careerist Tory who flits between being pro- and anti-Brexit, depending on who she wants to impress within the party.
Amelia Bullmore will play Lauren, a moderate Republican who has been drafted in to help Trump win women's votes. But the character clashes with Bea (Ayda Field) and Brett (Robert Wilfort), who both hero-worship the Republican presidential candidate.
Elsewhere, Ben Willbond and Alec Utgoff have been cast as apparatchiks at the Kremlin jostling for Vladimir Putin's favour.
Much of the show's content will be filmed on the day of transmission, to ensure it mirrors real-world political events.
Power Monkeys airs Wednesdays at 10pm from June 8 on Channel 4. A special episode following the EU referendum is scheduled for Friday, June 24
