developed a tic that's basically jerking my head back and to the right
mostly happens when i'm cold or uncomfortable
Rating New Tics
i’ve developed a few new tics recently as well as had some old ones come back so im rating them! *mostly only including new complex tics bc if i did simple ones i’d be here forever*
“what the fuck kyle”- 6/10 i don’t know a kyle, often shortened to just wtf
“don’t do that”- 7/10, ominous, what should they not do?
“who said/did that”- 4/10, comes after i do another tic, you know you did that??
*kisses the air twice* “kiss kiss”- 9/10, was one of my first longer vocal tics, pretty mild compared to others
“stop looking at me you dick”- 1/10, another old one, sounds rude, ive also ticced this at my stuffed animals several times and i feel bad
*spiderman hands*- 10/10, harmless, one of my favorite avengers
“oh look a bitch! that’s you” *points at someone”- 3/10, scared i’ll point at someone i don’t know, points because it’s usually my sister and she’ll have a good comeback
“brrrr”- 8/10, most common vocal tic atm, harmless, points off bc the second i learned how to do it it became a tic
*whistles mcdonald’s theme* “i’m lovin it”- 6/10, scared to post this one bc my first hate anon found me off a post about a mcdonald’s tic i used to have, i don’t like mcdonald’s
*literally anything regarding the word whore*-3/10, sometimes creative, started bc i was watching divorce court tho and i don’t appreciate that
*snapping*- 4/10, it’s back, and i hate it
coughing- 2/10, not usually horrible, people in public think im sick and if its too aggressive or goes on too long i might throw up
Soooooo I have a couple new tics 🙄 but in classic me fashion, instead of dwelling in how much I hate them, let's rate them for fun (10 being the best, 1 being the absolute worst)
Sniffling- 7/10. Not bad at all But can get annoying and ppl often think I'm sick
Gasping- 4/10. Happens a lot at once and it's really annoying. It can get hard to breathe if there's too many at once
Throwing my head back- 2/10. Not my worst tic but it's really annoying and painful especially bc it pulls muscles in my already hurt shoulder
"Tater Tots"- 8/10. It's pretty funny sometimes ngl. Happens at the most awkward moments. Only really bad experience I've had with this one is in a tic attack when I yelled it so much my throat was raw
(Disclaimer: I have not yet been diagnosed with a tic disorder. If you wanna read my full story go to my blog and there's a post about it 🙃)
Tics are weird sometimes (so am I)
TEXT:
Brother: My sister recently got a new tic.
Me: I’m Batman!
Brother: She says she’s Batman. It can be annoying, but no more than her other tics. But when this happens...
Me: I’M BATMAN!
Brother: I start to worry.
Me: Batman says get away from her desk!
