Chinese Drama - Just a smile is alluring / Love O2O I stumbled upon this chinese drama after reading its short manga in mangapark. Actually I'm not a fan of chinese drama due to its too many episodes, the only chinese drama i've watched was Fated to Love You (mature/romance drama. Very good but contains a lot of conflict) and Perfect Couple (historical, romance, so-so ending). This drama is also quite long, around 30 episodes. Although it's long, Love O2O is not your typical drama. Why is that? Well here goes the reasons: 1. The Female MC named Bei Wei Wei is the department beauty in her college, also a smart scholarship IT student, diligent, and an avid online gamer. Lots of girls is jealous due to her popularity, and spreads bad rumours about her. She admires Xiao Nai for his inventions in softwares, and admires YiXiao NaiHe in games due to his skills and cool demeanor, without knowing that both are the same guy. 2. The Male MC named Xiao Nai is the perfect prince, excelent student, and the top online gamer in the region whose Game ID is YiXiao NaiHe. He is attracted to our Female MC due to her stunning look while playing games and her strong personality, then he decided to pursue her secretly both online as Yi Xiao and offline as Xiao Nai. 3. The relationship between both MC is not the typical Cinderella-Prince, but more of Cinderella and Her Fairy God Mother/Knight. Xiao Nai is an absolute sweetheart, always by her side, helps her in hard times, supports her and is not shy to show his affection. While Wei Wei, although she tries to play the cool character, its easy to see that she's totally into him. She not only relies on him, she always return the favor by always supporting him. 4. They are the unbeatable gaming partner, both are intellectual and sly, and a bit manipulative. 5. Their relationship develops in an unique way, mostly Xiao Nai puts her into a sweet situation she can't escape from, but hey, he already knows that she's so into him, so it's okay :-P 6. This drama actually focuses on telling their story after being a couple, and shows that their good relationship is unbreakable. It's a BIG PLUS for me, since most drama ends when the MC just got together. In reality, maintaining good relationship afterwards is actually much harder. Both Xiao Nai and Wei Wei is amazing in dealing with their problem, and they believed that all problem can be solved without arguing with each other. They really are the coolest and wisest couple in all drama i've ever watched. 7. MC's friends both guys and girls, although clumsy, loud and a bit trouble, is absolutely loyal to our MC. Warning : This drama containing overload cuteness and romance, and lot's of cosplay since they are playing their in game persona. It's so light you'd find yourself smiling in every episodes. Reality is already hard, so I'm looking for a more light drama and this drama is precisely what i needed. The lots of episodes is a plus since it shows the growing affection between a girlfriend and boyfriend, from the very beginning to a more serious relationship. If you're looking for a more heavy story with lots of conflict between the MC, then this drama is not for you. Some may find it boring. Overall, this drama is very entertaining, abundance melting romance scene, the spark between the MC is right there, and totally recommended!
