Mock Newbery Question
Hello Tumblarians!
I’m starting a Mock Newbery group at my work, so we can keep track of the great 2016 MG books that are published by all houses (not just the one I work for!).
Here’s the question - how do you manage a Mock Newbery group? I was super on board with this project until I announced it and realized I had no idea what I’m doing. We’re going to have a 10 book reading list, but no one (aside from myself) is going to read all 10. How do focus discussion when you’re talking about so many books in only a few sessions?
I definitely have more questions than that, but would appreciate any feedback on this first, biggest question.
