Recipe Testing For Our New Dessert Cookbook - Coming Out Soon! Testing traditional family recipes and converting them into gluten-free deliciousness is one of our very favorite things to do. These past few days we worked on perfecting the classic ‘Cannoli’, ‘Mamma’s Twist Cookies,’ and ‘Roccoco.’ It's what I like to call "Kitchen Chemistry.” After several tries, we finally created the perfect gluten-free recipe for all three! In addition, we decided to make mini tarts with the ‘Cannoli’ dough filled with our homemade cherry marmalades. They were incredibly delectable!! And just because we were in the groove, we decided to make gluten-free pasta for dinner.
