Ingredients: 12 chicken wings. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 2 teaspoons gochujang Korean chili paste. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish. 2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and gochujang. Place chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag, pour the marinade over them, seal the bag, and shake to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated chicken wings on it in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, flipping halfway through. Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
