Kind of an Announcement

I almost abandoned this blog since Endgame - woof! What a disappointment that was.

But alas, my new purpose in this fandom is to support the creative people across platforms when it comes to Iron Dad. So, I’ll go about doing that at my own pace.

Starting now, however, I’m planning on deleting all the borrowed art, at long last. A friend from pixiv alerted me to how little feedback they get over there, so it made me feel like a piece of shit to have unclaimed attention for them without their knowledge. YES, you can all tell me, ‘I told you so.’

Plus, I found some of the original artists, and let’s just say I faced more disappointment, if you know what I mean. I’d rather just scrap the whole thing. I’ll give it a week, in case any of you want to have a last look at something here.

I do plan on reviewing a whole lot more, for fics and art, alike; the fandom seems to need it. And I also want to help artists by requesting commissions here and there. We’ll see how all of this turns out, but I’m hopeful for a new beginning of sorts.

Newfound Respect (July 28, 2014)

I have gained a newfound respect for people who have to drive hours to and from work or school. You guys are amazing. Seriously. Awards need to be given for your dedication.

So I found out that I have a stress fracture in my right foot (because I run like a retard apparently and NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME THAT SLAPPING YOUR FEET UNSTEAD OF ROLLING THEM WHEN YOU WALK CAN FRACTURE IT) on Wednesday and I have to wear a boot, which is slowly killing me I'm sure. Unfortunately I had plans with my fiance and his mom today to go NYC. So instead of going and having fun without me, he borrowed a wheelchair from a friend and wheeled me around the city instead. NYC STREETS ARE SO UNFRIENDLY TO WHEELCHAIRS. I have an ultimate newfound respect for anyone who suffers from a disability now and has to endure the annoyance I dealt with today and a fierce anger at places like NYC that aren't user friendly.
