Knowing the templars to be skilled warriors, the assassins decided the quickest and cleanest way to deal with the knight-captains and their commander was through poison. They infiltrated the Circle and spiked the evening’s lemon cake, earning the murder the moniker “Just Desserts.”

I actually really want to write this one. It's soft dark!Zemo

Reader is a waitress from a restaurant Zemo frequented a lot before Sokovia was destroyed. Eventually reader and Zemo became friendly acquaintances and had friendly conversations while he was there. When Sokovia was destroyed Zemo was left with no one, or so he thought until he sees reader walking down the street in Riga. He breaks away from Bucky and Sam every night to watch reader and plans to take her away somewhere safe so no one can take away the last thing he has left of his former life.

This is the highest honor I have EVER received tysm and I'm so glad!!! It's really good all around, every single story I've read so far has gotten me invested as hell and it's well worth reading!
