Let’s talk! Trust me when I say! These are not those nasty grassy tasting sprouts you have had or avoided because it’s like eating the underbelly of your lawnmower!!! I have a new neighbor @newpathfarmohio at the @westervillefarmersmarket and I have admittedly been a little afraid to try their Microgreens because of the aforementioned fear! Well I am here to tell you they are amazing and this is the first of many post about how awesome these microgreens are are! The photo is my lunch today using @newpathfarmohio Mizuna microgreens and they burst with flavor. Horseradish, radish and pepper are the flavors exploding from the greens served on Whole Wheat bread from the market and tomatoes from @knifeandforkfarms And the dressing is made with sour cream and Tripping Vittles very own Pepper and onion relish!
