A new beginning

So last night’s post was a total PMS rage post. Finally CD 1 is here and I feel better. I spoke to my IVF nurse today, who so far I love, and heard all about my lovely protocol. Estrogen priming protocol plus human growth hormone (HGH) added in the luteal phase of my cycle prior to stims. So, 4 weeks of HGH. $$$$$  About 4 weeks total of being on meds and estrogen. Does anyone know, is this going to make me fat? Of course that is first in fore most on my mind, other than, will this work? This protocol/IVF cycle is going to cost us so much money (close to 40K!!) but at this point, we are willing to pull at the big guns. We just want this to work. And I don’t really care if I gain 20 lbs this time around.
