Ancestry.com and newspapers.com especially make me uncontrollably angry, not because you cant find anything on there (in fact I was able to find a lot of information via newspapers and i found a picture of my granddad that my mom hadnt seen before) but because YOU CANT FUCKING ACCESS ANY OF IT UNLESS YOU PAY THEM ONE WILLIAM DOLLARS A FUCKING MONTHHHHH
edit: deeper sentiment is that I dont think this shit, ESPECIALLY NEWSPAPERS THAT ARE DECADES UPON DECADES OLD, should be behind a paywall. Im not buying temporary access to this shit when it could and should be archived for free. I dunno
