eat bananas they help a lot with cramps. my cramps get so bad i have to stay home. also, i know this is gonna sound crazy and impossible but try doing yoga or light exercise, it helps a lot too! also, icecream isn’t good for cramps. feel better!!

with niall's new hair i didn't really like it the first or second time we saw it, i definitely prefer his new hair up in a quiff so far!
