athens: favourite greek myth?

Hmm I think Heracles? I’m not too familiar with greek myths but I have at least a connection to this one thanks to movies I’ve watched in my childhood.

edinburgh: would you visit a dog park without a dog? 

I don’t know, do people think that’s weird? I’d love to visit a dog park to play with different doggos even if I don’t have a dog.

liverpool: do you follow any sports? 

I enjoy watching Formula 1 every now and then, but it’s not a priority.

My friend just got into Mass Effect and she had no idea that archangel is Garrus, she only knew that Garrus appears in ME2 (because i told her that he is possible LI) and when she was playing the quest she sent me messege what went something like this: OH MY GOD IT’S GARRUS!!! MY SHEPARD’S EYES ARE TWINKLING!!! GARRUS I MISSED YOU!!!

that’s what i’m talking about!!! the sheer happiness of seeing him again. i love when people get like this because they had no idea at all :)

I have watched this and i have to say: It was heart breaking: Some people were so passionate about their culture and language, some were happy that the languages have got interest of the teenagers and slowly recovering. But some were depressed about how their numbers are so little and the language hasn’t recover. And the prison camp episode made me cry like a baby: It was horrifying to listen the man talk about how he was taken there with his family and the graves there +23 000

It’s sad about the languages dying out and it’s very sad that the resources Estonia is able to give to our finno-ugric brethren have diminished as Russia forbade the foreign NGO’s from being active in Russia.

Despite that, Republic of Estonia is trying our best!  Tartu University released workbook for Veps language recently, which really cool. Helsinki University has entire department for Finno-Ugric languages if I’m not mistaken.

Sadly, the only great thing about the number 23 000  is that there’s at least those families and friends of the 23 000 who know for sure where their relatives/friends are buried. There’s thousands of more families out there who know nothing of the fate of the relatives that were taken or where they’re buried.

y’know, Cade’s actually okay with it. buuuut, Cade will eat anything, pretty much, so it’s not really a case of him liking it rather than it being a case of ‘it’s food, i need to eat’ bc of how quickly he burns through his energy stores. he’s largely indifferent, but doesn’t like to think too much about it because he does kind of lowkey think it’s a weird pizza topping

tl;dr not his first choice, but edible.

bad habits???

he’s never really had much time to start up a collection of things. more to the point, Cade never likes one specific thing long enough to make it worthwhile lol, by the time he gets a half-decent collection he probably couldn’t give two shits about it.

25. How long would they last in a zombie apocalypse?

FOREVER.

no, for real, you want a Cade on your zombie apocalypse team. he doesn’t need much sleep, he’s fucking strong, tall, fast, good with guns and cars and machinery that needs fixing, experienced tactician, close-quarters-combat specialist, will keep you smiling when things start looking too bleak, and his total lack of level-headed diplomacy won’t even be a problem!! no authority, NO LAWS TO BREAK.
