1. What is one word to shut them up?

For Phoenix, it's Hush, or Quiet. Along those lines. She's sensitive and will immediately stop talking about anything.

For Neyha, it's freak. They've been called that before, based off their looks. They're fairly femme, yet have a masculine voice.

Aya is very hard to shut up, but if you mention his familiar, which he lost when he died, he goes instantly quiet. He doesn't even remember why that name makes him feel empty, like he's missing something.

2. What is the thing they feel the most guilty about?

For Phoenix, it's the pain she's caused to others. She never wants to hurt anyone, but if she does, she never forgives herself, even if the other party does.

For Neyha, it's how cowardly they assume themselves to be. They run from too much, and they can't stick up for themselves well enough.

For Aya, it's not being able to provide for his sister. She's fine now, has a great job and steady income. But as children, he could never make enough to support them.
