So far I’m going to say that I am really enjoying the new PoE2, it is by far a huge upgrade from its previous game.  We got a lot of QoL, multiclasses and a lot of things that I am not going to talk about right now. 

But specially I love how they treat their world. I mean, we have a world were imps and monsters roam the city and women are guards, warriors, queens, people in places of power. Literally it doesn’t matter their gender. 

And ‘Ngati? Oh god, such a fan of her depiction. Here we have a goddess that’s literally depicted as a trickster that lures sailors as a fucking anglerfish instead of a sexy maiden or a siren.

The company and its processing business did not build here because it fell in love with the people here. It built here so it could make big profits for its shareholders and directors. The company has enjoyed the sweat and labour of our people, Kapua did not need the company... After all did we not survive before you came here? Give decent closing-down pay to the local workers, that would be a start. You make enough from the other plants to be able to support that... Let us run our own freezing works, our own farms, our own fisheries. Let us run them ourselves.
