Thank you! I think there'd always be a lingering affection there, each is definitely The Ex (pos) for the other, but having finally gotten the chance to actually have a whole relationship that ran its course & concluded on its own terms instead of prematurely with death / trauma, that's enough for them, at least for now. Maybe later in life there might be a rekindle, but no rush, they've got time now 💜💙
