Not Goodbye, Solider Boy is set in 1916, following two struggling ace pilots on different sides of the war, when fate and some unlucky timing sticks them together. Gilbert feels lost and half-insane trying to get to his brother in the trenches - Matthew is conflicted whether fighting is better or worse than being stuck. Gilbert fears he’ll lose himself in PTSD and active trauma while Matthew does his best to shove it down. What happens when these enemies are stuck together in close quarters?
