Saw an advert on TV I actually liked, today
It was about cleaning products. There wasn't any bulls**t about amazing new detergent solutions, or comparisons against other products. It was simply one of the companies sponsoring a message reminding parents to keep cleaning products away from children, because children are curious. I was so touched. I know they probably get a lot from the publicity, but it's nice to think that a big corporation is simply just being nice to the world for once. ^_^

Okay, so this happened to me today
so, i was out with some friends (which is obviously something weird as my parents are overprotective but that isnt the point) and we were at a starbucks and i had already ordered and all and i even gave my name to the barista when i realised that i had lost all the money i had with me so i panicked and i told the girl to cancel my order and i was like 'richard come with me pls i lost my money. Laura, we'll be right back', and so, we ran to were i was before meeting them and i was like 'oh god i probably lost it oh shit oh shit'. And there were two people there (they werent together they were just like waiting there) and i was like 'have you seen 10 dollars?!?!?!?!' and the man shook his head and the woman had it in her hand and gave it to me and i was like 'thank you so much thank you thank you'. And idk it made me realise that even thought i normally think that this world is full of fucked up people there are still good souls out there, and i want to be one of them too and make a difference by doing little things that can make strangers happy like she did with me today (bc otherwise i would have lost all of my money) and i think that if you ever feel like everyone around you sucks, you should remember that you can and should be different than them and make a difference just like that woman did today
so today i was walking around Boston being all lonely and emo and this person dressed up in the best Abominable Snowman costume ever ran up to me and gave me a hug and then ran away and it was the best part of my day and now I'm really happy
