Finally!!!!!! NICE 2020 Scientific Programme is done and out!!!! na-very good ako ni boss hihi nag-super human work na naman ako e 😅waaaaah gusto ko maiyak!!!!! I had to fit 318 abstracts into a 3-day conference with 60 parallel sessions, 2 plenaries and 1 poster session! I had to consider the topics, the timezone of the participants, size of the rooms, the special requests, and whether the presentation will be on-site or virtual!!! Took me 3 straight days (including weekends) to solve this complex scheduling problem, not an easy task ha! Need to rush today because of the tight sched between the abstract submission deadline and the conference date, normally if there’s no covid it’s easier because all are on-site and i have at least a month to process everything!
