     Eyes blink open for the first time and the ship is taking in the world through the perspective of a human, or a Gallifreyan, or any other normal living species. Brows raise up and her gaze flits around, catching her Doctor’s very suddenly and nearly flinching in SURPRISE. She’s never seen him like this before.

              left alone with some local currency, Rose had done the only sensible thing a girl with time and money on her hands would’ve done — she’d shopped. it’s a big intergalactic mall, so when she finally finds the Doctor again later on at their designated rendezvous point ( the food court, naturally ), she gets his attention with a call of his name, picking up her pace so that she can fall into step alongside him as her fingers reach out to lace together with his own. “ --- so, what’s your policy on pets on the TARDIS?” pretty lax, she hopes... he’d wanted to keep a horse once, after all.

asking  for  help  is  perhaps  the  scariest  thing  jane’s  found  herself  doing. he’s  tall, he’s  been  in  the  newspapers        as  scary  as  it  is, coming  to  him  cannot  be  a  mistake. the  child  can’t  afford  another  one.

Of course Mina had rushed to his side when she saw Hardy go down, thankfully they weren’t out in a busy part of town. They’d been been canvasing part of the beach where locals had built a small alter to Danny Latimer--leaving things like flowers, toys, and pictures of the boy near the scene of his death. Well, the scene of his body--they didn’t believe he was killed there. When they turned to go their separate ways, that’s when she heard him collapse.

 Though, she wasn’t surprised when he jerked his arm away from her when she tried to help him up. “Is it the stubbornness that’s killing you, or is there something actually wrong with your health?” she said placing her hands on her hips, tilting her head to look down at him. Mina didn’t think there was anything really wrong with Alec’s heath, though if there were she bet he’d never have told her. That realization prompted a slight flow of genuine concern for him start to creep into Mina’s mind.

“Out here!” she called back, hearing her Dad calling her name from inside the TARDIS. A quick moment’s scramble and her head was poking in the door- upside down, specifically, as she’d figured out how to extend the oxygen shields and then climbed up onto the blue box’s roof for a better look at this section of space. Flashing him a smile and a small wave, Jenny quickly disappeared again.
