I can't process that GOES has come to an end, this comic is literally the reason why I even got into social media and being more active in the fandom. I've loved every part of it since the beginning to the end and your art has improved so much along the way and its sick! The characters were consistent and never lacked depth they fit the story which really made them feel alive compared to the canon show, even the origin you gave for them is so great you'd definitely be a great writer once you start making even bigger projects, the pacing and the emotional weight of the moment was never lost and always went perfectly. I came just for GOES but I want to see all the other series you have and I have hopes for them

My most favourite part in GOES is from "till death do us part" the scene where Eve is packing stuff and trying to rush back to Eden, but is broken to face that Adam has to die, the art, the dialogues and Eve's tears and her confession of loving her husband was so gut-wrenching and Adam hugging her back seeing both of them crying gave me depression and it just got worse from future parts.

I LOVE how you portrayed Adam and Eve, instead of the fandoms disrespect to these rich biblical characters by giving them basic toxic and cuck relationship you actually made it a real story of how marrige is carrying eachother's burden and the characters weren't shallow. This had drawn me to your comic in the first place and it still holds up and I cherish this as the best ever Hazbin fan-made product.

A sketchbook is lying on his desk that morning, filled with sketches featuring him and his siblings during their more peaceful moments across the years. Some of the sketches feature Baki, Naruto and some of the other Konoha shinobi he has come to know.

There's a inscription on the first page, which reads:

Sometimes the best people are those who go through hell and come out stronger than before.

You are one of them, Gaara.

After a cursory examination reveals no traps or anything else of the insidious sort, Gaara flips open the cover.

He spends the next hour poring over the sketchbook's every detail: The natural twist to Baki's mouth which reads as grim but not unkind; Kankuro's experiments in face paint designs throughout the years; Matsuri's haphazardly clustered bangs. He pauses each time he himself is depicted: The curve of his jaw sharper, more appealing than in old photograph he keeps on his desk, baby fat long melted away; his shoulders broader, now, strengthened from taijutsu training as much as from carrying the success of Sunagakure upon them. In one sketch he appears to be laughing at some joke Naruto had just told, his friend's arm affectionately tight around his side. Another is in side profile: Arms outstretched, mouth open as if mid-speech as he addresses a crowd. Their faces are upturned, hopeful, in awe.

Is this how they see me?

Gaara turns the final page and is left with a warmth in the pit of his stomach hovering between nostalgia and delight which he cannot precisely place.

He knows without each of them, he would not be here tpday.

The book is unsigned. He can detect not even a hint of chakra to reveal who may be waiting around the corner anticipating his response.

Later in the afternoon he will bring the sketchbook to his quarters, slide it alongside letters and gifts from faraway friends. Content to leave it the mystery it is. Some day he may show it to his siblings and the other treasured friends immortalized in pen and paper. For now, though, he will keep it a secret close to his heart: A reminder of where he came from, the invaluable support of his loved ones, and, yes, the work still to be done.
