Nick drake ‘Pink Moon’ 1972. A special album from a special musician. Nick Drakes third and final album is also his best and very intimate. The album consists of just his vocals and guitar with the briefest of piano’s. Drake is a musician who has gained universal acclaim since his passing and this album is testament to that, it’s stripped down and beautifully simplistic. You forget that it’s just a man and his guitar. Only problem is you get so immersed in Pink Moon only for it to end because the album is only 28 minutes long.
